*kisses her cheek and heads out the door*

*closes the door behind him*

*Touches her cheek in the spot that he had just kissed and watches as he leaves*

*Says quietly to herself*

Seven thirty ...

*Coming to with a jolt, she tidies away the two glasses, cognac bottle, firewhiskey bottle and puts the chair back into place*

*She magically unlocks her diary drawer and writes...*

May 4th:

Half past 7 - Meet Theodore

*Places the diary back in the drawer*

Colloportus

*Hurries upstairs, still slightly dreamy, undresses and climbs into bed*

*Falls asleep, failing to keep the picture of Nott out of her head*

*Apparates beside the fire and hangs up her cloak on the hook by the door*

*Glances at her reflection in the long mirror beside the hook*

Urgh...I need a bath!

*Hurries upstairs, runs a bath, disrobes and slips into the hot, soapy water*

*Leans over the side of the bath, brushing her wet hair from her eyes, finds her wand in her robes and flicks it towards a gramophone in the corner from which music emanates*

*Steps out of the bath, water running down her back*

Accio towel

*Dries herself and makes her way to the wardrobe*

Now, what to wear?

*Draws out a red corset and black floating skirts and squeezes into them*

Right...

*Walks downstairs, takes her black velvet cloak from the cupboard by the stairs and heads out of the door*

*Walks through the door and shivers as she takes off her cloak and hangs it up*

Mr Nott, you are such a mystery!

*Laughs then goes to sit behind her desk and continues copying up the scripts for tomorrows edition*

*Rolls up the completed scripts, attatches them to Fell's leg and watches as he swoops of into the cold morning sky*

*Sighs as she walks up stairs, dragging her feet. She pulls off her robes, puts on some red checked pijamas and falls into bed*

*Lays for a while, imagining what may have happened if Theodore hadn't had to go the night before and slowly drifts off to sleep*

*Wakes up and wraps herself in a blue silk kimono*

*Looks in the mirror and ruffles her dark hair, heading into a small kitchen area and conjures fire into an old soot-blackened range*

*Cooks herself some eggs and sits in her soft leather armchair to eat them*

*When she's finished she places the plate in the sink and flicks her wand at it*

Scourgify

*Yawns, picks up a piece of parchment and a quill and scribbles a note, which she then enchants*

*She watched the note float out of a window then crawls into bed again and dozes off*

*Wakes up, dresses and disapparates*

*the owl drops the note upon her desk*

*Apparates in front of the fire, notices a note lying on the table and reads it*

*Looks in the mirror, sighs then heads out of the door*

*Walks in, locking the door behind her, hangs up her cloak and takes her diary from the drawer*

May 6th:

5 o clock: Meet Theo for dinner - his cottage

*Places the diary back in the drawer, magically locks it then heads for bed, yawning and undressing on the way*

*Puts on her pijamas and crawls into bed, falling into a deep sleep within minutes*

*Wakes up and gets dressed*

*Sits in her leather armchair and takes up a quill and some parchment*

Dear Alexa,

It was lovely meeting you at Theo's the other night. If you're ever in Hogsmeade it would be great to see you again so feel free to pop into the office if I'm around.

*Takes the letter downstairs, attatches it to Fell's leg and watches as he soars out of the window and away into the sky*

*Head back upstairs and settles in her chair with a book*

*Puts down the book, stands up and stretches*

*Walks through to the bathroom and runs a bubble bath*

*Undresses and steps into the warm, soapy water then leans back and closes her eyes*

*Steps out of the bath, wraps herself in a towel then heads downstairs and writes a note which she enchants and watches as it flies out of the window*

Dear Theo,

Can we make dinner 7 instead? I forgot I already have an engagement at half past 5. I'm so so sorry about this!

Owl me or pop round. I'll be in until about 5.
