You know the weirdest thing? Everyone knows the Yaxley's, big family name. But even the lesser known pureblood families are mentioned in this book and I mean lesser lesser even. Yet no mention of "Palmers". There's a bit on a "Palmer" branch though. I wonder if my dad or some other guy up ancestry row decided to add an "s" for the hell of it.

I hope this gets to you, I wasn't sure where you were staying. Anyway, I've just moved into my house. If you could call it a house. It's small but nice. Well, it has a roof, and a floor, and walls. So it will keep the rain out. I really don't have any reason for writing, I just hadn't talked to you since school ended, and well, I've missed you. Anyway, I would really like to see you again, if you'd like, so write me back please, and if you want we could get together sometime, for drinks or something. I guess that's all I wanted to say. I hope to see you soon Des.
