*smiles back kindly and pulls a stray hair out of her eyes and back into her bun, hating the wretched thing. A note flies in with someones appointment schedual and she files it down*

*gives a final nod as the Healer finishes his fifteen minute rant about the carelessness of Wizarding domestic product companies and how he's write her a bloodmoss prescription for the finger and how she should take a suit against the knife company as well*

*all in all, much relieved when he finally leaves*

*walks up to the Welcome Witch*

*rolls eyes as she listens reluctantly to the Heeler rant at Julia, then rolls her eyes at him as he walks away*

Sorry about that.... don't know why they do it, it's like you walk in for a perscription and they discover you've got hypogryff measlels or somthing like that
