**Apparates in the back. The Patronus he received from Alastor told him to meet him there. Raises his wand ready to curse unwelcome visits. At the corner he spots someone crouched. Walks slowly and silently in direction of the person. The person was Alecto Carrow**
"Petrifucus Totalus" **Kingsley whispered and Alecto instantly stopped moving. Passes by her and enters in the shop. On the floor lies Alastor Moody, at a corner near him there is a shadow of a man holding two wands**
"Expelliarmus!" **Kingsley shouted and the man flow back against the wall completly stunned**
"Accio Wand" **He said once again, Alastor's wand flew from the Dark Wizard hand to Kingsley's and throws it to its owner**
"Dont tell me you tough he was alone..." **Smirks softly** "Did you?"

**Catches his wand, stands up painfully, apparently annoyed**
"I appreciate it Kingsley..." **Smirks and wipes the dust from his jacket** "I wander what took you so long."
**Points the wand at the dark wizard. This is Rodolphus Lestrange, an old "friend"** "And you..." **He says to the man** "You have a lot of explanations to do..."

*Caught unaware with Kingley's fire and not knowing Alecto was there he curses silently to himself that he should have know that Moody would not come alone*
*Wonders why Kingsley thinks there is 2 of them when he notices Alecto in the corner*

Stupid girl. She should know better then to follow me. Our Master will not be happy.
*Smirks at the 2 Auror's*
Explaining? Me?
*Chuckles and steps back into the light grabbing 2 wands out of boxes as he does so aiming them both at the 2 Auror's in the process*
CRUCIO!!!
*Smirks as the rithe in pain*
Now who has the explaining to do?

*Watches his 2 foes fall to the ground and walks up to them*
Maybe next time gentlemen..
*Plucks his from Kingley's hands*
*Walks over to her and whispers in Alecto's ear*
Finite Incantatem.
Why did you follow me? You know I was meant to do this alone. He intrusted this to me!

**Pain. A rush of crushing pain passes trough his body. "Crucio" is a curse that Alastor indeed respect, but he's so used to it that it's not so effective against him. He have learned to block the pain in his mind. After all, he had so much pain in his life that this one is simply one more count. Then stops moving. He wants to move but he can't. He notices that he's still holding his wand. "Finite encantatem." He wordlessly blocked the spell giving him chance to attack**
"Well done, you know how to perform a "crucio" curse and a body-bind spell..." **He smirks and gets ready for battle** "Let's see if i can teach you something else."
"CONFUNDUS!!!" **He shouts, his growl voice is all that his opponents can hear**
"INCARCEROUS!!!" **Ties Alecto Carrow up with rough ropes**
"Well... It's one to one now." **His vivid blue eye locked at Kingsley's petrified body as he notices that he's not holding his wand**

**Kingsley was standing in a ridiculous position. Wandering how long would Alastor take to help him. "What are you doing?" He thinks. Rolling his eyes is all he could do**

Ropes...realy. That all you could come up with? And I wasn't following you Lestrange dear. I didn't come to "interfere" in your duties.
*she twisted around in the ropes, making sure her wrist was free. With a flick of her wrist she said in a soft whisper.."diffindo" the ropes fell to the floor.*
Now...Moody. What was that about one on one?

"I believe I under-estimated you Alecto..." **Alastor glared at the witch, amused** "Let's see if you're up to the task..."
**Walks slowly to the left looking for a place to hide if needed. Wand still aimed at her face**
"EXPELLIARMUS!!!" **He shouts and jumps as fast as he could to behind the counter. The spell it her in the leg**

*Smirks and ducks behind some shelving, the spell narrowly missing him*
*Hears Alecto's remarks and chuckles*
*Anger floods though him as Moody disarms her but smiles when her wand land nears him*
Accio wand.
*Chucks Alecto's wand back to her and shouts*
Now, now, Mad-Eye. Play nicely. We wouldn't want to rip your other eye from it's socket now would we?
*Laughs at his cruel joke*
Reducto!
*The counter in front of Moody blasts out of the way*
Flagrate!
*A line of fire bursts out of his wand towards Moody*

*falls backward giggling. She catches her wand and nods smiles at Rodolphus.*
No, we wouldnt want that. Then he wouldnt be able to play anymore.
*jumps to her feet ducking behind some shelves. She giggles as the fire rushes Moody.*

AGUAMENTI!!! **Alastor shouted almost laughing. From the tip of the wand, a burst of water banishes instantly the fire around him**
"Well... That's really effective I may say..." **Smirks as his vivid blue magical eye glances at petrified Kingsley. "I must reach him. It's two against one now..." He thinks. Turns both of his eyes in direction of his opposition**
"Okay, You got me guys..." **He says sadly** "How could I be so STUPEFY!!!" **When he shouts this last word, a green light flies out his wand directed to Rodolphus. Alastor don't waste anytime so he runs over to Kingsley's binded body**

*Sees Moody running to Kingsley with his back to him and thinks that is a perfect oppotunity to stop him*

**The first two spells missed him but the last one it him really hard. Alastor was thrown back and fell on a bunch of broken wands. His own wand was missing and tries to find it, his magic eye caught it on sight and grabs it. A red flash passes by his side. He nearly escaped the unforgivable**
"Let me do my job..." **Smirks, grabs a wand seemly not broken and puts it in his jacket's pocket** "You do yours..."
**Glances at a few boxes near the foes**
"Confringo!!!" **The boxes containing some wands and rubbish explodes making the objects inside to burst directed to his foes**
"Duro!!" **All the objects turn into stone. Alastor smiles at the sight of the two Death Eaters trying to escape from the stones. Takes his chance and goes by Kingsley petrified body**
"Finite Encantatem..." **Kingsley's body gained its movement back**
"Sorry for the delay Kings..."

*The spell casts a shield around Alecto and himself and the stones fall around them but not one hit them*
*Sees Moody bent over Kingsley he non-verbally casts*

*The spell hits Moody in his back*

**The spell hits him on his back and falls to the ground bleeding from the several cuts inflicted to himself. Sees Kingsley with relief. Now he knew Kingsley would handle them**
"In my... pocket..." **Whispers painfully** "... a wand..."
