A small, shabby-looking inn on Charing Cross Road, London, sandwiched between a big book shop and a record store. The Leaky Cauldron is apparently not in Diagon Alley itself; it does serve as a "bridge" between the two worlds, however. The pub was built by Daisy Dodderidge around 1500 "to serve as a gateway between the non-wizarding world and Diagon Alley." www.hp-lexicon.org/wizworld/places/leaky_cauldron.html(view from Charing Cross)
*crooked smile*Heeeello, hello all. Call me Tom. Just Tom. We have rooms, we have firewhiskey and some mouldy old bread. Ahaha ha haa! Ahem. *bows and leaves room*

*apparates and opens the door for her*
After you, madam!

*enters the dusty pub and sneezes*
*glances around*
Um, a seat at the bar?

*takes her by the arm, leading the way*
No, let's get a table.
*pulls out a chair for her and waits for her to be seated*

*scourgifies the chair with a flick of her wand and takes a seat*
*folds her hands on the table and orders a firewhiskey and chips*
We need to talk about Britta.

*sighs heavily and sits opposite of her*
Alright, what about her?

*rubs her temples*
Well, yesterday she was saying how in love with me she is. You know how much I hate that....

*blanches at the thought*
Anyway, then the next thing I know, she's in bed with Ophelia's brother, the vampire!

*leans in close, listening intensely*
No! Really? After all that rubbish she spouted the other day?

Yes! Can you believe it? The girl is barking mad. What are we going to say to her about this 'situation'?

*shrugs and leans back in his chair*
Not really much to say to her. I just think deep down she knows that all we wanted was a 'fling' and perhaps she's just looking for the same thing. But I do think she confuses love with sex.

*shakes her head*
That must be it. The girl is confused. I say we don't bother adding to that confusion. I know that you and I have our differences, but this is something that we need to stand united on.

*mulls it over*
As much as I'll miss being a presence in her bed, you're right, Aphasia. I think that it's time we cut our ties with her. There really isn't much of a need for us to cloud her already addled mind.

*tsks*
No need to be cruel, Nott. Just think it's for the best if we don't have any romantic dailances with her anylonger.
