Hidden behind lavish landscaping and a black wrought iron gate, a small Gothic Revival home sits in the middle of Wizarding London. This older, but beautifully restored, home of the 1900s is a place which Pansy Parkinson calls her own. Of course, her parents bought it for her, as she deserves nothing but the best. The home, decorated in a sleek modern-goth style, contains a master bedroom, spare bedroom, kitchen, study, dining room, living room, outdoor patio, garden, and 2 1/2 baths. A suitable home for the respectable Slytherin Princess.Master BedroomMaster BathroomKitchenLiving RoomDining RoomWelcome Drop by and say hello (except Mudbloods & Muggles) Please knock first

*Apparates to the dark purple front door. Traces her wand over the crack of the door, unlocking it. Steps inside and and locks it back behind her.*
*Walks over to her favourite black leather sofa, sighing as she sinks in slowly.*
Nyx!
*Watches her black kitten come running into the room and jumping up on her lap. Smiles, stroking Nyx softly.*
It's been such a boring day, Nyx. I can't seem to find a dress for the Malfoy's Masquerade Ball anywhere! Maybe I'll get a visitor today. I could use a bit of cheering up.

*Astoria smooths down her robes and stops at the door and knocks, softly but loudly.* Pansy?

*Perks up, hearing a knock at the door. Stands up and walks closer. Hears a girl's voice, but is unable to match it with a name.*
*Opens the door to reveal the young Greengrass girl. Smiles politely, steps aside, and gestures her inward.*
Astoria. Please come do come in.

Thank you. *Smiles and comes inside, shuddering at the cold temperature* Looks like Winter is upon us, Pansy. *Hands a box of deluxe chocolate from her Father* And here you go, Pansy. Just like when we used to go to Hogsmeade in our years at Hogwarts. *Looks around* What a lovely house, really. It's a wonder how you manage- with your beauty of a animal, the darling Nyx, of course. *Scratches behind the cat's ear, hearing it purr*

*Shuts door behind Astoria, quick to keep the chill air out. Nods.*
Yes, I believe you're right. I was hoping we could have a few more weeks before the frost got here, but no such luck.
*Accepts box of chocolates graciously. Smiles, tracing a finger over its pattern.*
Thank you, Astoria, and be sure to thank your father for me as well. It has been a while since those days at Hogwarts. We did have a few good times, didn't we?
*Smiles devilishly & her eyes flicker as she recalls some of the various pranks and plots they devised. Astoria had fit into the gang of her Slytherin girls well. She hoped she had trained Astoria well enough to keep the gang going even after Pansy had graduated. Her mind wanders back to the current conversation as Astoria pets Nyx. Grins.*
Oh, yes, thank you. It took me about a year to find a place nice enough. It took a bit of work, but I like how it turned out. And Nyx is pretty good about keeping clean. She doesn't shed all too much.. So how have you been, Astoria?

*Giggles and pets Nyx* Why of course. Might I remind you of the time when we went and coloured Draco and Blaise's hair pink? *Bursts out in small laughter as she watches the kitty run to Pansy*
The times, without you...Well, more boring, but I did manage some. All by your fantastic teachings, of course. *Nods*
I have been quite well, but I am afraid that my little kitten, Midnight, is not doing well. She bites, claws, and hisses at any newcomer at the Manor, and I am quite scared of what she would do next. *Shudders and gets into gossip mode*
Did you hear about Draco's poor Dragon? Poor Zorah...I wish I could have seen her.

*Laughs softly at the memory. Blaise had taken it pretty lightly once the pink was gone, but Draco had been furious, not only because he had to spend an hour with bright pink hair- in public- but also because Pansy herself had gotten involved in that prank. He didn't talk to her for a full day afterwards.*
That was definitely one of our bests. Lucky for Theodore he hadn't been around us that day. Yes, well I was hoping you would keep it going once I left. I'm glad to hear that you succeeded.
*Picks up Nyx, who was rubbing against her legs.*
I'm sorry to hear that. Most kittens are pretty aggressive for about six months though. Hopefully she'll grow out of it. I have been rather lucky with Nyx.
*Rubs Nyx behind the ear. Looks back up to Astoria, questioningly. Shakes head slowly.*
No, I didn't hear.... And when have I ever said that?
*Chuckles lightly.*
But no, I've gotten really out of the loop with my being away for about a year. What happened to her?

*Looks down* I do think that Lucius was mad- about all the hassle and cleaning up after the gorgeous Longhorne Dragon, that he ordered someone to take it away. *Sigh* I remember Draco was heartbroken afterwards.
*Nods and smiles* Maybe I could bring Midnight to meety Nyx. How old is she now?

*Makes a small, disappointed frown.*
That's too bad. I can imagine how upset Draco would be.
*Breaks a little smirk.*
I bet he pouted for weeks. But really, he couldn't think he would be able to raise a dragon at the Manor, could he? Think about when she grew to be an adult?
*Shrugs. Smiles. Begins stroking Nyx again.*
Yeah, I think we could set them up a little play date. She's almost five months now. How old is Midnight?

Very well, Pansy. *Nods and thinks* Oh, Midnight is barely five and a half months so far. *Giggles* And, Nyx is such a darling, I'm sure he won't mind being with her. *Leans forward, not sure if she should ask* So, Pansy...Do you still like Draco?

*Smiles and shakes her head.*
Just a little bit older then. Nyx wouldn't mind at all. You should drop her by sometime.
*Smile falls and purses her lips, thinking carefully how to answer this question. Of course in her Hogwarts days, she could drone on and on about her relationship with Draco because she knew how jealous some of the girls would get. But that was when Pansy was young and childish. Merlin, she was 20 now! She had normally kept her emotions- other than anger- under wraps, and she had learned to treat her relationships with the same respect. Decides on a non-conclusive answer. Sighs deeply.*
Well, I haven't seen him in a long while. I ran into him once over the summer at the Manor, but only briefly.... I don't know Astoria. I'll always care for him, I'm sure. It's hard not to when he's been in my life for so many years. He's just one of those people that I can't get rid of.

*Listens to what Pansy says and nods her head* It seems that the boys- Blaise and Draco- are being way too busy lately. What a shame...I wish it would be like the good Hogwarts days where we'd be happy and all in one group- and not like this, anyhow. *Sighs and plays with the corner of her dress*

*Smirks, rolls eyes lightly.*
That's not a surprise. They're always up to something, and I'll bet whatever it is still includes women half of the time.
*Nods, shrugs a little.*
That would be nice, wouldn't it? Millicent and I were just recently discussing how much everyone has really separated since we left school. I haven't even heard from Tracey or Theodore since our last day at Hogwarts! I suppose it's just too difficult, now that we don't all live together anymore and we all have our own lives.
*Lips strain a disappointed flat line. Sighs, setting Nyx down on the floor. Walks over to the wet bar, eyes skimming over the different bottles. Glances back to Astoria.*
Would you care for a beverage?

*Sighs and nods* Yes, I guess so. *Pets Nyx's ear* I haven't heard from either, and it is quite unnerving. What happened to the Slytherin Alliance we signed a couple of years ago?
*Smiles* I would love some Butterbeer, if you have any.
