"International Magical Cooperation." Nodding, Isabella gave a slight shrug. "I love my job, you know? It's one of those things you work hard for most of your life. It's just days like these where you need a break from it all. And so here I am." She smiled, raising her cup of tea as if to cheers. "What about you, Samuel? Do you enjoy your job? If I may ask, of course." Isabella didn't want him to feel pressed to answer her questions.

"Ahhh, so you're one of the witches that makes sure our greasy politicians play nicely with the greasy foreign politicians, aye?" Sam asked with a grin. "I can understand needing a break with that. Most of our political lads are more slippery than an eel in a jar of Sleakeasy's hair gel!"
He thought about her question for a moment. Did he enjoy his job? He was good at it, certainly, but it wasn't something he enjoyed doing - unlike drinking, and causing havoc when he wasn't at work.
"A job's a job," he said, shrugging. "I might have enjoyed it at the start. Cooking up plausible excuses for Muggles is fun, but eventually the Department of Magical Catastrophes took that over. So now, I'm just called in to wipe their memories while doing minimal damage to their brain meats. Wish I could take as much enjoyment in my job as you seem to."
He looked thoughtful for a moment, and drained the last of his espresso. "Hey, come to think of it - you play Quidditch? I'm trying to set up interdepartmental teams for a bit of a throw about on weekends. You any good at it? We could do with some fun at the Ministry these days!"

A small smile pulled at the young witches lips in response to Samuels statement. She found his way of putting things amusing; It was quite clear to her the man had a hidden charm about himself. "I suppose you could put it like that." She laughed quietly, shaking her head.
Listening intently to his description of his job, Isabella decided to give a bit of optimism to Samuel. "Well you never know, perhaps one day you'll find something better along the road. But yes having a job at all is something to appreciate. And if you ask me," She dropped her voice to a whisper, teasing good naturdly. "A man with a job makes him more attractive. " A playful wink followed, before another bubble of laughter slipped past her lips. Isabella wasn't looking for anything romantic, she only wanted to bring a bit of sunshine to someones day. Typically one didn't go wrong with compliments!
"Qudditch?" Now that was something to look forward to, a sport that Isabella was quite fond of, as seen by the wide grin on her face. "Yes I love the sport, I play all the time! I'd love to join."
