Rookwood's smirk manages to stay on. "And that doesnt effect you in any way?" Rookwood turned his head, "What is the world coming to these days?" His eyes fell upon the stranger again, he quickly turned his gaze back to Priscilla.

*Tries not to appear as though she is rushing through the last bit of cheesecake, but after finishing, tries to keep up appearances with Daphne, talking amiably about school, and her plans to open shop*
*The waitress returns with the bill, she quickly pays her with silver before excusing herself from her conversation with Daphne*
I'm sorry that I have to go now, but we must catch up again another time! Do stop by whenever you like, I'm at the house on top of the hill. Drop in soon, okay?
*Waves goodbye as she silently walks past the man and the girl, intending to wait outside in hopes of intercepting him without the strange girl.*
*Whispers to herself as she is out of their earshot, stepping out into the chilly September evening air*

Awfully cold for September....
*Turns slightly at hearing the door open behind her, and she quickly ducks out of sight into the shadows to see who it is*
