I guess you can but just a word of warning and experience.
Vampires are deadly creatures. They will use and abuse you till the very end. I've seen it before. A very good friend of mine once dated a Vampire and he bewitched her into doing all manor of things. Now they have split up he is being rather awful to her and making her life a misery.
Not something I would wish on anyone.
