**Arches one delicate eyebrow.**
He did speak of you. Vaguely, in a far-off sort of way I gather must have been sincere. I think you had a fiancee he detested if I remember rightly.
**Shrugs.**
Mr. Quinn, he needed a bizarre fantasy that he could easily manipulate and mold within his hands. Escorts are often used as a way to cope. He couldn't very easily mold you because you're real. Jean-Claude, on the other hand, isn't real. That's the beauty of my profession. Anything's possible.
**Smirks slightly, wondering how Sebastian will explain his way out of this.**
I wouldn't fret... the two of you were only friends when he hired me, right? I do hope he wasn't fooling around with you AND me at the same time. How naughty.

*That last comment from the wizard hits it's mark, and Zero snaps his head up, glaring daggers at Axel. It's quite clear how accurate Axel's remark. Zero pushes the glass away from him, sloshing wine over the entire bar again before turning his body on his stool to face the wizard.*
You knew...know exactly what was going on at that point and time, don't pretend you couldn't see it clearly whenever Sebastian was near me.
*Zero's head begins to spin with visions of what exactly could have occurred between his boyfriend and this...this man of ill repute. All of that happening at the same time he and Sebastian began to know each other intimately as well.*
I can't be- believe this...
*A possible situation occurs to Zero, something that could possibly be the reason for all of this. His angry expression vanishes, replaced by a charming smile, and mischievous eyes.*
I'm sure you wouldn't turn down gold would you, pet?

**Feigns surprise, clapping a tiny hand over his mouth.**
Oh, dear me, I've really put my foot in it. So sorry. I thought he got rid of me long before you and he were anything. He seemed fond of you, certainly. I thought it was one-sided, dear man.
**Startled by Zero's anger, always cautious due to his upbringing and profession he flinches, drawing out his wand just in case the man gets violent.**
**Shakily.**
What? Even I have limits. Although, gold has helped be overcome these limits in the past.
**Looks wary, especially at the prospect of seeing Sebastian again.**

*Grins, nodding, he figured that Axel would like to at least hear the offer before turning it down.*
It just came to me that you might not be one to turn down an easy job.
*Eyes pass critically over the wizard, snorting at the sight of his striped robes.*
But, there are limits of course, no?
*Laughs lightly, having a moment of clarity. He doesn't know why it didn't occur to him sooner.*
Though, I can't imagine some type of contract with a witch would be too far fectched.

**Suddenly leans forward, his expression turning from a cautious, frightened one to a casual one meant for businessmen.**
How easy, Mr. Quinn?
**Does not understand why the wizard seems distracted by his robes, which were absurdly tight and could not be anything less than attractive to other same-minded men. Axel straightens them as he faces the handsome man again, finally looking at the wizard's vivid eyes.**
**Summons a piece of parchment and quill, prepared to write.**
I need details before I draft anything for a contract.

*Eyes linger on the wizard's robes a bit longer as Zero wished for only a fleeting moment that the colors were more complimentary, though the fit was divine.*
Black would be stunning on you, marvelous against your creamy skin.
*It's so easy for Zero to get distracted by fashion, he can only blame his mother for instilling that behavior within him.*
*Blinks, bringing himself back to the moment, and returns his gaze to Axel, meeting the wizard's eyes.*
All you have to do is return to the witch that hired you for this little...scene, and tell her... No don't tell her anything, just return to her, and give her back the gold she paid you. I'll gladly double anything you two agreed upon if you do this, and never bother myself, or my Sebastian again.
*Zero is left to grasp at straws, hoping that his ex-fiancee, Venus, hired the escort to try to end thing between him and his boyfriend.*

**Axel seems taken aback by the unexpected compliment, taking it gracefully.**
Thank you, Mr. Quinn.
**Immediately looks puzzled, releasing the quill onto the bar.**
I don't quite follow. What witch?
**Ponders what witch Zero could be referring to, but does not have any idea who could be involved in Sebastian's life besides his flatmate.**
**Thickly ventures a guess.**
Lucretia? No, no... they slept together during Sebastian and I's arrangement but I hold no ill will toward that act. She seemed apologetic about the whole thing. I don't understand their relationship in the least.

*Zero's jaw drops upon the news of Sebastian and Lucretia, he sits there gaping thickly in total confusion. None of this makes any sense.*
*Reaches for his half spilled glass of wine, and finishes it off quickly before signaling to the barkeep for another. The second his glass is topped off he returns the glass to his lips, and swallows it whole. The wine calms Zero some, thankfully a numbing begins to steal over him.*
That's preposterous! He's expressed to me his distaste for witches.
*Looks to Axel, expression caught between anger and confusion.*

**Axel's eager eyes widen at Zero's surprise, mentally cheering himself on a great delivery. So Zero did not know about their night of passion?**
Well, as they say, desperate times call for desperate measures. In Sebastian's case he was shadowed with grief.
**Lowers his gaze, remembering.**
He had let me go back to London for a couple of days. It was a good respite in which I mainly bragged to my co-worker about my good fortune in client choice. I came back and found that Sebastian's room looked as if no one had slept in it. That was common enough because Lucretia suffers from nightmares and your Sebastian comforted her. However, at the breakfast table Lucretia discreetly asked about how he was feeling after last night. She called attention to it for a reason so I asked her later about it. It wasn't just snuggling like normal.
**Blinks.**
I was shocked, too.

*Zero blinks continuously, unable to digest everything the escort has said to him this evening. Every word out of the wizard's mouth seems too fantastic to be real, perhaps the man has an over active imagination.*
*Weakly Zero signals for another refill of wine, and his head begins to shake slowly.*
Th-that's not possible... Lucretia doesn't fancy Sebastian in such a manner. You must have misunderstood the conversation.
*Licks his lips anxiously, hoping with every cell in his body that this is some horrible dream.*

**Shrugs, reading the man's expression and feeling some sympathy.**
Ask her about it.
**Gives a weak smile.**
They had some sort of thing when he was a student at Hogwarts.
**Quietly, with some shyness.**
You're a very handsome wizard, Zero. I shouldn't have been so quick to become your rival. If we met separately from Sebastian then perhaps we'd be suitable, eh?
**Smoothly slides his business card over to the wizard, hoping to earn some gold from a man who needs comfort.**

*Gives the barkeep a weak thankful smile, and gratefully lifts his glass of wine to his lips again, taking a deep drink.*
*Swallows quickly as Axel is speaking, turning to give him and watery eyed incredulous look.*
Th-thank you...
*Isn't able to not accept a compliment, it's rude not to, Zero was brought up better. Though the offer isn't too far fetched. It would be a to get revenge.*
Perhaps...another time? I've a few loose ends to tie up.
*Reaches for the business card Axel slid his way, and snatches up, dipping his hand inside his jacket, stowing it away inside the inner pocket for a later day.*

**Graces Zero with a genuine smile, remembering how he hurt when Sebastian tossed him callously aside.**
Think on it, Mr. Quinn.
**Fluidly pushes his stool closer, grasping Zero's arm as his pouting lips catch the wizard's mouth in a sensual kiss, one that seems well-practiced, so practiced it cannot be truly tender or loving.**
**Breaks the kiss at the least opportune time, smirking at his craftiness. Axel rises just as quickly, his arm still placed on Zero's.**
Best of luck, dear man. Perhaps what Sebastian needs more than anything is a lesson. You may mean enough to him that you can teach him one.
**Fairly skips from the pub.**

*Is left sitting there, wiping the kiss from his lips, glaring after the escort. Quickly, Zero grabs his glass, takes another mouth full of wine, and swishes it about before swallowing. Hopefully the alcohol in the wine will clean away anything lingering from Axel.*
*Zero remains in the pub, steaming confused over what had just happened. Does he confront Sebastian, ask Lucretia about their one night together, or just chalk it all up to an envious wizard's fantasies?*
*Mulls all of this over for the next couple of hours, drinking glass after glass of wine before he finally decides it would be best to get home before he has lost the ability to Disapparate.*

*Steps out of the fireplace, green flames licking around his ankles*
*Brushes down his black shirt, and tight leather trousers before making sure the flooing hadn't made his dark sunglasses wonkey*
*Crosses to the bar, leaning on the grimey wood, waiting to be served*
