The Malfoys' Estate encompasses all the land surrounding the manor, not just the front and back gardens. Since various security issues last year, more anti-trespassing charms have been added.
These include;
-Additional Muggle Repellent
-Anti-animagus charm
-Locking charms on the front doors and all windows from the outside -only
-Trespassing Alarm
-Stealth Sensoring Spell
Anyone who dares trespass will be automatically transported to the secure Malfoy Dungeons immediately and Master alerted.
