I regret to say that ve have evidence that the defendant, Bojan Vladislav vas seen around the area of the scene of the murder of Freddie Kaplinsky and reports have also materialised that he vas seen in Diagon Alley on the eve of July the twentyeighth exchanging a dragon egg to an unknown female in return for silver and gold.

The murder took place just outside the Ministry of Magic in Croatia later on in the same night as Freddie Kaplinsky and his colleague Mr Lucas Borovich vere leaving to go home at around twenty past eleven that night.
