[P] Court 1: Bojan Vladislav's Trial [0]

-Stands outside the doors of the Courtroom in his official robes and looking a bit flustered-

-His guards lead Bojan into the Courtroom with his hands tied behind his back and takes him to the defendant's chair-

-Waits for the Wizengamot to arrive, and the prosecutors-

[Bojan Vladislav]

**sits in silence, his head bowed**

[Dolores Umbridge]

*walks in in full Wizengamot uniform, does her little *ahem* to let the others know she's there and takes her place, hands on her lap and eyes on the accused*

[Tomas Kroat]

^Marches in and nods curtly at Scrimgeour as he passes^

Good evening I trust you are vell.


^takes his place to represent the prosecutor^

[Tallia Gauthier]

*Hurries up to the door with Anna and shows her Press Pass before hurrying into the chamber and taking a seat at the back*

*Beckons to Anna to follow quickly*

[Anna Bellacoure]

*shows her press pass and follows Tallia*

[Tallia Gauthier]

*Pulls out her note book and a self inking quill*

*Looks at Bojan and tries to smile encouragingly*

[Ophelia Fuilteach]

*is escorted to Level 10 by two Ministry Guards*

*Sits outside the courtroom anxiously, wondering how it will turn out, and hoping that he knows she is here for him*

[Dolores Umbridge]

*notices the press entering and adjusts her hat*

[Anna Bellacoure]

*looks around the room then takes a piece of parchment and a quill out of her bag*
*poises the quill and eyes Umbridge nervously*

[Charlie Weasley]

~Steps into the court room, nodding an acknowledgement to Vlad before sitting at the defendants side~

[Rufus Scrimgeour]

-nods back at Kroat and walks into the courtroom which is now filling up with the Wizengamot-

-stands up at the front box and clears his throat-

This the trial of Bojan Vladislav, charged with suspected illegal dragon and egg smuggling and suspicion of the murder of Freddie Kaplinsky.

I am representing the defendant and Mr Tomas Kroat is representing the prosecution.

-nods to Kroat-

Do please be seated. We shall now proceed.

-clears throat again and rustles some parchments in front of him-

*Makes a quick note in her pad*

^nods and sits down^

*smirks in her self-absorbed manner as the proceedings get on their way*
