Dear Mr. Malfoy,
It seems two individuals that you currently employ have seen fit to invade my home, breaking several protective enchantments in order to do so, and they have destroyed many priceless items out of pure spite.
True, I may have clashed with these individuals in the past, but the extent of damage they have done in my home has greatly grieved me.
I know your handmaiden is easily led, and hence I have come to the conclusion that it was your "security guard"'s idea to break into my house. Why, praytell, was he not guarding the manor as befits his station? And why did he come into my home and burn my furniture, smash my tables and break a priceless Swarovski crystal chandelier?
Mr. Malfoy, I am aggrieved. I trust that in a similar situation, you would be equally as wounded as I am. I will not assume to tell you what to do with your own staff, but if the help here at Fuilteach castle were to behave in such an egregious fashion, they would find a terminal end to their employment.
Yours respectfully,
Lord Sanguini Fuilteach.
P.S. If my house elves are unable to repair the damage, and I anticipate this shall be the case with the burned furniture, I shall be sending the bill for repair and replacement to your servants personally.

Dear Mr Languini,
This news deeply grieves me and I am moved to apologize on behalf of my unruly and ungracious staff.
Please forward any expenses to me at once and I will have it covered immediately.
However, while we are on the subject of 'damage' I do fear your son has harmed my property (namely my handmaiden) as I have noticed an increase of mental instability, a rise in my alcoholic beverages expenses (and a worry-filled trip to St Mungos for a thorough check up) and thus I can only conclude the damage to my handmaiden inflicted by your son has inadvertently caused my handmaiden to deem it acceptable to damage your property in turn.
Nevertheless this does not mean that I condone her (or Mr Shadow's) behaviour. I do hope this is an isolated incident. If you have any requests for suitable punishment that would satisfy you, please send it in writing and I shall see what I can do. I shall definitely investigate the validity of my staff's employment as a result of this most regrettable, most disagreeabe event.
My sincerest apologies once more,
Mr Lucius Malfoy

Dear Mr. Malfoy,
The total sum for damages comes to 9,784 galleons, 3 sickles and 1 knut precisely. I have included an independent evaluator's report to verify this.
As for your handmaiden, well, the saying goes in Ireland that damaged goods, no matter how low the price, are never worth it in the end. The girl is a crude, cheap little harlot, and I am most pleased that she no longer features in my son's life.
As for the mongrel's punishment, I shall leave that to your good self. I wouldn't dream of telling you how to discipline your staff.
Once all the repairs are in place, I would like to invite you and your lady wife to my home for an evening. We have an extensive wine cellar, and splendid guest rooms should you wish to stay until morning.
My kindest regards,
Lord S. Fuilteach.
