Oh, yeah, sorry, that's what I meant. I know that Death Eaters are alot older than Cynthia, and she wants to become one. I apologize if I made that too vague. I've re-read the Decrees, I don't think I got the Avatar/Signature thing last time. I hope this is better!

Allie was born on the 28th April to Melinda Noir nee Black and Jack Noir. She has an identical twin sister called Peyton and a baby brother called Chris. Almost everyone in her family are supporters of the Dark Lord, only some fools aren't such as their mother's cousin, Sirius Black. The twins aspire to become Death Eaters in the long course of life. A task that could easily be achieved by both. Allie is an intelligent girl with a good memory, great duelling skills and a talent in potion making. She is also Metamorphmagus taking from her mother's side.

I cannot accept your application until you have read the Decrees - we also don't accept 'no occupation' for a non-canon in general, it's better for your character to have something to do to help you get started with your RP. It would also make your posts easier to read if you used capital letters to start each sentence and double-checked your grammar.

That's fine, we understand you're new and trying to get used to it. Though we can't see that you've read the Decrees and cannot let you progress at the moment.
In the Decrees there is an instruction to do something so that it signals to the staff you have read them. You've not done this instruction, therefore we cannot tell if you have read them or not. So please read them more carefully.

Very Brief background of character: Anthony was born as the result of a one night stand between his mother, a witch, and a muggle from the local village. Anthony didn't show signs of magic until he was nearly ten and a half, long enough to make his mother worry. Still, on his eleventh birthday he recieved his letter to Hogwarts and left for school with all the enthusiasm of the other first years. He was never too good at spells, but through hard work and sheer determination he managed to get very good grades. In fact, all the grades needed for him to persue his dream job and train to become a healer.

Very Brief background of character: Max comes from a very powerful and old Russian Wizarding family. His family has long since allied themselves with the Death Eaters. His parent s kept a watchful eye on Igor Karkaroff and were vital in his death after he named names and went into hiding. The Gottorps say they've sent Max to Hogwarts for "A change in scenery," but they have much more darker intentions for him.
