Reason for wanting non-canon: As a writer of fantasy myself, I prefer working with my own characters, rather than the creations of others.
Name of character: Kyr Draukul
Male or female?: Female
Blood type: Half-blood (I was planning on being half-veela, but I see those are no longer allowed, and it was not completely critical anyway)
Occupation of character Death Eater, if possible. I understand you are looking for something different, but Kyr is unlikely to work well at a desk job, so the Ministry is probably not the place for her. If by "hit wizard" you mean "assassin," then that is more likely her bag.
Age of character: 25
Which 'side' is character on?: Voldemort, more often than not. But as long as she is paid, she is not particularly choosy. She is "chaotic neutral," if you will.
Very Brief background of character: Kyr's parents are a witch from France and a Muggle from Romania. They met whilst he was in France on business. Kyr grew up in the mountains of that country, and was on the cusp of acceptance at Beauxbatons when the aforementioned Muggle from Romania spontaneously dragged her off to the forests of eastern Europe. Insistent that she lead a "normal" life, he would not even allow her to attend Durmstrang.

Thus stifled, she grew bitter, and spent more time among Romani caravans than at her Muggle school. There, she learned the fine arts of knife throwing and swordplay, which she much preferred to calligraphy and literature. Not entirely unintelligent, she picked up the Romani language fairly easily, and added it to her repertoire of languages, which already included French and Romanian. Later, she picked up English, as well.

The last straw that led to her life abroad as a hired blade fell one afternoon as she was amusing herself by levitating one of her knives very slightly above her hand. One of her Romani acquaintances saw her, and began shouting streams of obscenities and curses over her witchcraft, words steeped in ancient superstition. More surprised than hurt over this sudden betrayal, Kyr carved her way through the gathering mass of Romani around her and disappeared into the woods.

Later, she was found by the Dark Lord and brought into his service. To this day, although she has a wand (a prize taken from one of her marks), she prefers the proximity demanded by the blade.
What sections of the board would you like to RP in? Azkaban, Knockturn Alley, wherever required.
Who would you like to use as your avatar? Unsure. Marla Sokoloff might be a good fit, though.
Your level of RP in your estimation: Advanced; I have roleplayed both in this type of text-based game, and on a table with a bowl full of dice, for several years. Additionally, as previously mentioned, I also write fantasy, so this kind of game feels relatively natural. And if Osmond Magnus ever resurfaces, I have roleplayed with him in the past.

Very Brief background of character:
Leonore daughter of a union was forbidden, an affair between two aristocratic families of the wizarding world, families that the only thing that mattered was the purity of blood and ideals of Salazar Slytherin. That child was born was delivered to an orphanage and its existence was completely forgotten by both families. The only thing that was known about her was that her blood was pure and her name was Leonore.
At the age of ten, she entered the service of Mrs. Malfoy in her mansion. Leonore was subjected to harsh discipline and was not allowed to go to Hogwarts, or to learn the ways of magic even though she had received the letter from the school. She just knew how to read and write, nothing more. Nothing about magic, magical world of Lord Voldemort and his followers.
Lenore lived a life filled with work and dedication in spite of the humiliation and punishment she received from Mrs. Malfoy. Instead, she was not punished by Mr. Malfoy, the truth is that he always had ignored the moment it came into the house. But no one knew about the feelings she had toward the elegant, seductive Lucius Malfoy. True feelings which ought to be buried forever.
Now she was 28, now a beautiful woman (although that hid her beauty in the horrible maid costume) works even in the Malfoy mansion with dedication and loyalty. Doing all of its obligations to the muggle way, without knowing really magic.

I am so sorry for the slow response. Personal life has been stopping me visiting the site.

Only two things:

I'm not sure about the idea of her not being allowed to use magic. The Malfoys are purists and would want their staff to be talented.

Second thing is that Scarlett Johansen is probably too Hollywood for the site. I can have a look for another similar but more appropriate actress if you like.

Very Brief background of character: Faye was born to a Muggle father and a witch mother, making her a Half Blood. Her mother comes from a distinguished Pure Blood family who were disgusted by her choice of husband. Soon after Faye's birth her maternal grandmother demanded custody of her, claiming that Faye's Muggle father was abusive and that she needed to be raised in a safe environment. This was actually the Grandmothers way of striking back at the daughter she thought had betrayed her. The Grandmother won and Faye was removed from her parents before she was even a year old. Her entire life her Grandmother has poisoned her mind against her parents and Muggle-Borns, while at the same time verbally abusing her for her mixed blood status. Faye only wants to prove to her grandmother that she's worthy, and that's why she follows the Dark Lord.

Very Brief background of character:
Gabriel Cenwig is actually from Norway, being the child of two Americans moving there before he was born. Gabriel were educated at Durmstrang Institute and shortly after graduation started to work in his father's wand shop, which did not work out very well. Now he has traveled to England, hoping of becoming an Auror so he could do something important and maybe even make a difference.
