It wasn't often someone noticed when time went missing and those that did where usually the captors of the particular bit of time. Did you ever wonder what went into a time turner? Or why there where so few of them? For every twist of those delicate bulbs of gold and glass a sliver of time was cut from the reality band...a band discovered in 1423 by Quinton Randel (MADE UP FICTION) This is also why every turner is registered to a certain owner, so time can be hunted down and given back to the "Band" It was a job passed around the Department of Mysteries often due to the taxing amount of magic needed to threat the time back into place. Well Aeron DeVerde had just come back of holiday to find a pass and a wad of papers telling him the time,days an hours of each turner use and of course wrapped in a thick black velvet cloth, the master time turner.
*Glaring at the work load before him Aeron shuffled slowly toward his desk*
