*aaron was a little surprised at his reaction all of a sudden, and he assumed it was school or something, but wasn't quite sure*

Oh, we've got a mandatory Hufflepuff meeting at seven.

*Aaron grinned at him*

*knocks, having the afternoon off and everyone else studying for the big Transfig test on Wednesday*

*is lounging luxuriously on the ground next to a roaring fire in his very comfortable and pleasant living area wondering whether he should go out and check out the jobs available in the area*

*hears a knock*

*opens the door wide without even checking, dispite the little handbook tossed in the garbage four weeks ago talking about safety precautions to use during 'these troubled times'*

KAI! *slaps him on the back, feeling high on life today* Excellent, so you've dropped out of school? Good move, wish I had, waste of bloody time. Come in!

[Kai Jones]

*steps in, laughing through his apologize*

Yea right mate, I think I'd turn out worst then you. Oh ha, look you haven't really done anything more with the place since I was last here!

What do you mean?! What else is there to do. There's a roof and a floor and a stack of books. Two out of three aren't even necessities! What are they teaching at that school. Back in the day when I was at school, whole five months ago, we learned proper things about life.

*sighs*

Well haul onward and find somewhere cozy to place yourself, we must make a plan.

*follows his own advice and sits down*

*takes a seat and pulls off his coat and scarf, dropping them unceremoniously on the ground*

Whoddya have for Potions? 'Cuz my teacher gets so distracted...

*grins*

About twelve different teachers per year. I recall one of my classmates having an affair with one of them. I think one left the country. Can't pinpoint anynames though.

But seriously, I need your help. I need you to plan my future for me. Go on. Do it.

*pulls out one of those career pamphlets from school*

*reads*

Well, are you a people person? Do you like animals? Can you handle working in a dangerous climate?

*screws up his face in misery*

I HATE those things! They're so cheesy, but I must play along it is for my own good.

*considers*

I can't say I'm a people person, animals bug me, and I prefer the climate I have thank you.

Okay, how about column B. Do you like to read? Do you often write prose and/or poetry? Can you handle deadlines?

*laughs to himself as he sees which answers he circled himself*

I love to read, but only what I want. I dispise writing, and I couldn't even turn in my homework assignments on time, let alone do them in the first place.

*grins* I really don't mean to be difficullt!

*walks over to the cabinet and starts making a pot of coffee*

*laughs a doubtful laugh, flipping over the torn and tattered pamphlet*

Uh....historian and researcher. Mum's a researcher, it's really laid back. Though I think she's more into the administrative side of it.
