Dear Mr Vladislav,

I hope you are well and the Ministry are not causing you too much extra work. I am writing to you with regards to Draco's 'pet' dragon on my premises.
As you know, it is getting rather big. I would imagine our gardens are not the place for a fully grown beast (we have some very precious flowerbeds, ornaments and such) and I think the time has come to move the beast into a sanctuary or your Reserve.
It is impossibly loud at night-times and even Draco appears to have taken less of an interest in it of late. Pity.
I realise Draco will be upset at this, but Narcissa and I have put up with it long enough now. I wondered if you could try and help him understand why he cannot have a dragon here - especially what with the tighter regulations on Magical Creatures from your own Department at the Ministry! Imagine if it was common knowledge! It does not look good on my reputation.

I hope you can understand my predicament.

Yes I understand. It is not easy to keep a dragon and yes they are noisy and hard work. I would like to see Zorah and check her general health before making a decision - of course my main concern is her welfare and how well she would cope in a different environment.
I can come and visit tonight, if that suits you?
