*Breaking her stare from him to look at her glass* "Elder flower." *Straightens herself up, tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ears* "It's a very ancient wine. My Grand parents drink it all the time."

::he smiles with satisfaction::
"Elder flower, right. Quite close. So I suppose the taste for it runs in the family, yes?"
::he says with a smile as he orders her another glass::
"I must admit I'm quite fond of wine myself. Nettle wine, in particular. Though I cannot deny a glass of red, either. Chianti, especially."

"I'm more of a white wine fan. With the occasional peach martini. I'm not into strong alcohol."
*Smiling, as her cup is refilled, she takes another small sip* "thank you for the refill by the way."

::he grins::
"White, you say? I should have guessed, of course."
::he can't help but let a small laugh escape his lips as he considers the differences between himself and Roslyn. Even their choices of wine are polar opposite, though he cannot help but find the girl quite interesting, if not somewhat lonely - much like himself, something they in fact do have in common. Oz finds most of his days filled with work and not much else::
"No need to thank me, like I said before - I am at your disposal, but you are indeed welcome."
::he takes another drink of his Ogden's Old before directing his attention to Roslyn again::
"Can't help but like the strong sort. I need something strong to wash the day away...or at least the memories..."
::the last bit he says mostly to himself, yet still aloud as if almost inviting Roslyn into his thoughts::

"Memories?" *she begins softly, a slight frown on her face* "Yes...memories can your most dangerous foe. Perhaps an unbeatable one..." She found herself speaking from experience, her eyes taking a haunted look.

::he nods solemnly::
"Very unbeatable, if not unbreakable, at that. Memories are the things you can never shed or change. The past will always linger there, like a shadow, haunting our steps. Reminding us who we are."
::he stares down at his firewhiskey::
"Which reminds me, I need another."
::he attempts a smile, though he finds it quite forced. He orders another glass of liquor before finally looking into Roslyn's face, he frowns as he sees her dark expression::
"Bones in your closet, as well?"

"Don't we all have them?"

"Yeah, but he's proud of me, he had thought I would end up just doing something less dangerous like a Healer or something. He was shocked but proud when I told him my choice." -smiles then sips her drink- "He's always giving me tips and everything, my father tells me my mother would be proud of me as well." "Nothing wrong with being a Healer dear. Their job can be dangerous too, they come in contact with diseases that can kill them." *Smiles at her and finishes her drink* "Thats nice that he's looking out for you." *Looks at the time and gathers her things.* "Shoot, sorry to run out Camy but I got notes I gotta hand in. Pop by my Office for a chat though." *Smiles at her and quickly leaves, keeping an eye on the time.*

::Oz shrugs nonchalantly::
"I suppose we all do, you're right, one way or another. Just like we all have shadows, eh?"
::Oz finishes the last of his firewhiskey before taking a glance at the clock::
"Where has the time gone? Run away with us it seems. Well I should really be on my way. It was a pleasure to meet you Roslyn."
::he takes her hand in his, gently kissing it in farewell, before leaving the pub::

"Farewell." *watches him walk away, a little saddened. She had enjoyed his company.*

*the flames in the grate burn green for a few seconds before she steps out of it, looking frantic*
*runs right through the pub and out the door into the dark street without stopping to look at anyone*

*slightly dazed by the way her face lights up and the way she smiles at him* I've been... uhh... good. Especially now that you are here. You look great, as always. *too enthralled to realize how stupid he sounds*
