Random attacks are becoming more commonplace all over the country.
The assailants are more often than not unknowns, which can only mean that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named's army is growing.
Be wary as you travel and trust no one.
If anyone has any information about the assaults, please contact the Ministry's Law Department as soon as possible.
