[Daisy Ollivander]

Daisy felt his kiss intensify and she accepted it, moving gently against him as they kissed. She wasn't sure what she was feeling... it confused her drastically... And yet she couldn't say she disliked it... But it made her nervous, worried... She knew nothing about him really... Except that he was a famous quidditch player and that he was very kind and fun to be around... But she would soon feel him pull away. For a moment, hurt dashed across her features. If he was pulling away it had to be her... Didn't it?

Yet his mutterings soon met her ears. She glanced down, brows furrowing, as she thought about what she would say next. She weighed each word carefully in her mind before allowing them to come forth.

"I don't know what you mean Caius... You're very much amazing yourself... Better? Honestly you've stood up to my brother over me... Braver? You stood up to three werewolves to protect me... And nicer... Caius... Yes we've had some rocks in our relationship... But it was you that came to my shop to appologize to me and make it right... It was you that cared enough and was brave enough to make the first move..."

She bit her lip gently as she couldn't meet his eyes.

"It's you that deserve better... Better than this inconsistant, uncertain, scared, naieve little girl..."

They were complete opposites in upbringing and what their family valued... It was likely to be very confusing for them both... Then Daisy also had more monkey wrenches thrown in... First she had loved Ken... And she feared for him because they lost contact and now she had no clue where he was... Then she met Caius... They had a fallout and she wasn't sure how she felt... Then there was Fred Weasley... And now Caius was back in her heart again. Goodness the girl was so lost and confused... And she likely would stay that way for a time.

::Daisy had a way with words. She always knew exactly what to say and how to make him feel better. After Caius belittled himsef, she told him that he was amazing and that he wasn't the coward that he thought he was. If she only knew about his family and their political beliefs, perhaps she would turn her back on him or see him as some monster... the bad guy. Deep down he felt like he was just that, but when Caius was with Daisy, he just wanted to get away from the "dark side" so to speak. Honestly, at this point, he was willing to leave it all behind him if it would allow him to get closer to Daisy. Perhaps Daisy was helping him realize that he had only been "acting" for all those years.::

::Caius was getting close to tears, which was something strange to him. He hadn't been this upset since he was a little boy. Looking back at Daisy through watery eyes, he gave her a quick smile. It was to let her know he appreciated what she had said. But then she started to belittle herself and Caius interrupted.::

All those qualities are what attract me to you, Daisy. It makes me feel like I'm here with you for a purpose. It makes me feel like I'm the one to protect you. To keep you safe.

::Taking in a deep breath, he decided to tell her about his family. ::

The reason I'm saying all this is because of what I represent, what I believe in, what my family believes in. I've grown up my whole life in a pureblood family, a greedy family, and one that has a prominent history in the Dark Arts. Basically what I'm trying to say is... ::he took he a deep breath::... my family is not good. My father was a DeathEater, killed in a battle a long time ago, my brother is a DeathEater. I would have been one too, had I not gone into Quidditch League. I've known no different, and I know its dangerous but its the way I am. Its who I am. You have reason to hate me now if you'd like. I'm just another monster and coward. Maybe tonight I showed a small spark of bravery, but thats not how I really am.

::One small tear ran down his face. He turned his face away as he was too embarrassed to look at her. How could she have feelings for him now.::

Daisy watched him through those vulnerable, gentle brown eyes. She spoke the words truly from her heart. She was confused about her own feelings. She certainly felt something toward Caius... But she also felt something towards others as well... Daisy was young and naieve... Inexperienced with matters of love. But one thing she truly knew... She truly did care for the man she now lay beside. Yet as she spoke, he soon contradicted it rapidly, making her seemingly bad attributes, something to be desired. This brought a small smile to her lips and she dipped her head only slightly.

"You make them seem like a good thing..."

But as he would continue, she listened intently. Daisy sat up as she listened, pulling him to sit up beside her to help fight off the sleepiness that still bombarded her. Her hand reached gently for his, taking one in between both of hers. She listened... Though a sadness crossed her eyes. It was Death Eaters that had taken her beloved uncle from her... But she stared slightly at the bed in front of them for the moment. But she nodded slowly, digesting the information he just gave her. She looked back up to his face and reached a dainty hand up to wipe the tear from his cheek.

"Caius... I haven't known you incredibly long... But what I do know of you is you are no monster... Family has much to do with how we turn out... But at the same time we can become our own person... My family is full of wandmakers and the like... I have no knack for that, I became a shopkeeper and have a love for taking care of animals instead... Sure that's not as drastic as your family being full of..." Her breath caught in her throat. "Death eaters... But... That doesn't mean you have to be that way too. You can change... If you want to."

She allowed her own gaze to move down once more as she finished her spiel.

"I don't know what the future holds for either of us Caius... But I think you're about as bad and evil as I am a wand maker..."
