* and is hugged with a passion- he didn't even know anyone could do that- while her words keep repeating in his mind. His arms wrap around her smaller form, and for that short time, everything's perfect.* Yeah...Rose... *He sees something odd out of the corner of his eye and looks up. and hisses through his clenched teeth.* Bloody git. What now?

::Gives Amberlin and incredulous look, he doesn't own anything ancient, and he'd be buying new furniture anyway.:: I don't know what you're talking about, pet. Your taste in 'fine' things is absolutely unfitting to a cottage as quaint as mine. ::The look on Amberlin's face would be enough to melt any wizard's heart, and he'd give in to any of her wishes. Not him, not Theodore. He merely shrugs, and continues to walk along, arm in arm with the witch, down the lane on their way to Honeydukes. It's time for Theodore to pick up another box of chocolate, and Amberlin was smart enough to pre-order hers as well.:: Think of it. ::Releases her for a moment, stepping further out into the lane, looking off wistfully.:: Nott Cottage. ::Flits his arms dramatically as if envisioning a sign saying as such posted up in front of the cottage his is arguing over with Amberlin.: *Narrows her eyes at his little endearment.* I'm not your pet, it's not your cottage, and- *Raises her voice as he slips away, placing her gloved hands on her hips.* -that's a horrible name for it, Theodore! *Huffs in frustration, shaking her head. Damn them both for being so bloody stubborn- when they disagreed on something, it could go on for years.* You look like you're trying to fly, you idiot. Honestly, I can't even imagine you living in a cottage in the first place. Don't complain about my taste, because there's nothing wrong with it at all. *Is glaring at the wizard as she flips her dark hair over one shoulder, wondering how it looks now, since they've been outside for a while.*

*Feeling Neville's form suddenly tense, Roslyn pulled back and stared. A concerned look on her face* She was still completely oblivious to anyone but him, and couldn't see the reason for Neville's anger. *Following the direction of his gaze- Roslyn stiffened as well, at the site of Theodore and another witch.*
It didn't surprise her one bit, that Theodore had already moved onto someone else. Roslyn quickly learned, there was nothing there between them in the first place. Theodore had made his feelings clear, and so she couldn't even bring herself to feel hurt. Selfishness wasn't something that changed overnight, and she deserved better.
*Turning back towards Neville, Roslyn decided to just ignore Theodore and his companion.* "Would you like to accompany me to the Leakey Cauldron, Nev? Or somewhere else, other than here?"

::Inches closer to her, lowering his arms. She is so unbelievably attractive right now it isn't even funny, the way she stands there looking so frustrated with him is beginning to drive him mad. It takes him back to the night she came home with him, and the look of frustration she wore all evening, until finally their lips came together.::
::Chuckles softly at her comments, and grabs her up into his arms, crushing his lips heatedly against hers.::
::The kiss is quick but intense, the effect immediately causing Theo to wish they hadn't ventured into Hogsmeade, and stayed at the manor. Slowly he pulls away, licking his lips, and movement catches his eye just over Amberlin's shoulder. In the flash of a second Theodore goes from hot and ready to go, to hot and highly irritated.::
::Eyes narrow sharply at the sight of Longbottom, and naturally, Roslyn as well. Quickly Theodore gives the git an evil grin, and steps into to place another passionate kiss on Amberlin's lips. He's confident the gesture will anger Neville, because just the other day Theodore was all about Roslyn.::

He watches, unable to tear his eyes away, as the git starts snogging the witch in the middle of the street.* Rose, did you- *Snaps his mouth shut, remembering what Roslyn had told him earlier, about the wizard being a jerk. Or something like it. A weight is lifted from his chest, and he knows that any feelings she still has for Nott are mainly bad ones. He shakes his head.* -nevermind. *Looks up to catch the wizard looking in his direction. He sees Theodore lean down and kiss the witch a second time, with one of the most mocking expression's he's ever witnessed. The tips of his ears and his cheeks turn a bright red, as he recalls the conversation he had the wizard not that long ago. Thinks.* He said it would be him and Roslyn- what the bloody hell is doing now?!

Out of the corner of her eyes, she spotted movement- and despite her intentions of ignoring Theodore, Roslyn's curiosity grew. *Turning, only intending to glance at the wizard- Roslyn's heart nearly stopped* shock and hurt mixed into one- along with a sense of disbelief. She couldn't bring herself to move, or utter a single word.
Though all these emotions swirled deep inside of her, causing her to feel as if she might burst- outwardly, Roslyn's expression remained cold, and hardened, as she stared at Theodore. Her eyes betrayed her however, showing every single emotion. As they slowly molded into something different. Ranging from hurt, and shock- to anger, and disgust. Then finally a blank stare, showing he'd crossed the line this time.

As Theodore and his companion walked by, Roslyn felt her skin crawl. How someone could live with such a huge ego, and incomparable arrogance- was beyond her. She felt as if she would snap any minute, a cruel streak rising within her. Damned it all, if Roslyn Levere ever became a doormat. And damned Theodore Nott, for treating people like scum- as if nothing they felt mattered. It was time he was fed some of his own poison..
"You know Neville..." She began, loud enough for Theodore to hear. "If you ever asked me, what I saw in Nott...I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you. You saw him at the party...throwing himself all over me. Like an animal, with absolutely no self control."

However, before she can voice her opinion, she's taken by the arm and pulled down the lane as if nothing had happened. Glancing around, she sees a couple standing not too far away, looking as if they've just been personally insulted by her and the wizard's presence. Thinks.* I've never seen such a brilliant shade of violet before, especially not as a skin tone. *She doesn't pay the other two much attention, now listening to the wizard. as he mentions the cottage again, but pauses at his comment to the colourful wizard they're walking by. Now that she looks again, the witch does seem to be a bit jealous...* Why of course, Theodore. Your mind would go straight to my lingerie, wouldn't it? *Flashes him a bright smile, more for the other witch's benefit than her own. Silently though, she promised that she won't let him get away with all his little pet names, once they're not in public. Or at least not in front of the other couple on the street.*

Like an animal, with absolutely no self control." ::As he and Amberlin continue on Roslyn's words are carried to his ears, which causes him to stop walking, release Amberlin's arm, and turn about very slowly to face the couple.:: ::A dark shadow is cast over his face, as he walks his way back toward the couple, hands sliding into their pockets where his right hand grips the handle of his wand. Anything is likely to happen in this situation, and unfortunately for Theodore, he's the one with a temper, and a Ministry witch at his side.:: ::With a low deadly voice he addresses Roslyn, sneering.:: If, and I stress if, you would have been blessed enough to have had me 'throw myself' at you, a lot more than a feeble snog would have happened. But, alas, dear Roslyn, you are not worthy of myself, much less Longbottom here. ::Slides his eyes over Neville quickly, before they wash over Roslyn with disgust. She can have Longbottom, and be happy all she wants, Theo doesn't care. He is most concerned with taking care of himself over everything.:: ::Smirks, and turns sharply on his heel to return to Amberlin, standing just a few feet away.:: But, it is so lovely you two have found each other- ::Calls over his shoulder.:: -both with no mummy or daddy to love them.

"You're one to talk, Nott." *Roslyn laughed coldly, her own hand sliding into the pocket with the wand- carefully, while his back was turned. She withdrew it silently, and hid it inside her sleeve.* "Any attention I gave you, you lapped it up like some half starved pup. As if anything more than a snog would've happened anyway. My standards are higher than filthy leaches, like yourself."
"You seem to lack not only love, but attention. Isn't that why you ' entertain ' so many witches? Can't keep, daddy's attention long." *A smirk, came to her features* Theodore wanted to play dirty, well then so would she. "I noticed you have a lot to say about Neville's parents...and it is quite unfortunate that he lost them. But one thing I can say, is that at least his parents loved him. At least my father doesn't live in the same damn house as me, and still treat me no better than a house elf."
Roslyn's tone grew even colder, and she let out another mocking laugh. "You want to talk about family, Theodore...? Why don't you get someone decent in yours first. Until then, I believe this conversation is over. Go trotting back to your new ' Toy '. Before she leaves, just like I did."

*Glares a thousand sharpened daggers at Nott, only wishing the little metal blades were real. He places one hand on Roslyn's shoulder as she pulls out her wand, slowly moving to stand beside her. His eyes flick over to the other witch, and he distantly wonders if the wizard is paying her to be some sort of arm accessory.*
She's right, you git. I'd rather have my parents as they are now, than how your family is. At least I can say they love me, but no one would ever love a filthy snake like you.
*He's almost floating in the clouds, seeing and hearing Roslyn on his side for this, instead of going back to Nott.*

*Stops walking as well, and inwardly rolls her eyes at the other witch. She turns, watching as Theodore releases her arm and faces the couple. Seeing his hands sink into his pockets, she narrows her eyes and reaches her right hand into her own, not caring if anyone notices. She really isn't in the mood to fill out any bloody paperwork, should a duel start from the tension in the air. Quirks one eyebrow at Roslyn, and takes the few steps that lead her to stand closer to Theodore than she was before, yet still one or two feet away from the couple.*
*Roslyn's last comment is highly insulting to Amberlin, and she sneers, already hating the witch before she even says one word to her.*
Pardon? I am no one's toy, but feel free to speak for yourself. It was you who started this conversation, love, and it's not over yet.
*Wonders what sort of history the other witch and Theodore have, listening to the acid words shared between the two.*
From what it sounds like, neither you nor the little twit you're hanging on-
*Her ice-cold eyes flick over to Longbottom, and her disgust with the other couple increases.*
-have anyone to deal with you back home; but that doesn't give you free reign to ruin our pleasant day as well. I'm not sure which you keep oiled the most- that jaw of yours, or your legs.
