*Is surprised to see another wizard as he exits the hole and thanks him for helping him over the side* *Is heart sinks as he listens to the words the old man says and reads the parchment* *Walks to the door with the strange symbol to have a closer look at the lock for clues* Have you not been down the hole? *Points to the hold he just came out of, hoping the old man would give him some clues on how to escape the room* No sir. Until just a moment ago it was full of water. I'm guessing I've got you to thank for getting rid of that. Although it was my only source of sustainance. I hope you can get us out of here! |

~~Lucretia Black~~~~She successfully fills the vial with enough blood from the dead creature and the doors locks click open, allowing her to leave.~~ ~~The passage leads up to a small room with nothing inside it.~~ ~~A wall shudders, and opens up, allowing Erupttat to enter and meet her.~~ *He enters the small chamber and nods to Lucretia.* You know, you could have bargained with the creature and both spilled 3 pints of blood, allowing you both to live. Although, that would have been less fun. Congratulations Miss. You have completed three tasks. You are free to go. This passage leads outside. But first, as a reward, you can disadvantage one of the other competitors if you so wish. Choose a hex to have placed upon them, or choose a spell that they may no longer use within the labyrinth. *advances to the empty room, finally finding a moment to tend to her injuries when a creature enters through one of the walls. Instantly she holds up her wand, ready to strike, but the stranger starts talking rather friendly to her* "Really, am I done?" *she can't believe it and thinks* Yeah, so I am free to go through the passage, and what will I find at the end of it?*ponders about the reward he mentioned* "Oh, is it possible that Severus Snape can't use the Reductor Curse anymore?" |

~~The others are similar distances apart but without any means of reaching them.~~

He stoops low again, to look inside at the young girl, her cheeks stained with tears, and his expression never offers any softness.* Least of your worries at the moment. Up now, out of the cage... *Irritation is evident in his voice, he didn't sign up to babysit, and he isn't the type of wizard that has the patience to coddle a crying little tyke.* Unless of course you wish to stay, you're free to make that decision. *The black robes hanging from his form swirl about as he rises, and straightens his posture. There's no time to stand here and deal with this, and he moves away from the cage swiftly, approaching the door.* *A foggy mist suddenly envelopes the wizard, and he stands stone still, eyes darting about. As quickly as the mist came, it vanishes, and he is left knowing he cannot use the Reductor Curse and is very curious as to why someone would place such an enchantment upon him.* *Without looking back to the cage, Severus once again moves ahead to the door, and pushes it open as he addresses the girl again, and for what may be the last time.* Pull up your socks and make a decision... |

Anything could happen. *Forces himself to stay calm, and appear to have everything under control as he stands there disbelieving of the ghost's words. He isn't stuck here, he doesn't believe he's going the same way as this lot.* *Offers a little chuckle, a hint of anxiety on the edges.* Indeed, tricky little labyrinth, eh? Well, if you'll excuse me... *Steps back away from the ghost, and moves about the small room looking here and there for another clue of some sort. Occasionally one of the ghosts catch his eye, and he shudders lightly.* |

*He passes his eyes between the flaming doorway and the ghosts, there's one thing he knows for sure, he isn't going through that doorway, not if it means death. He'll just find another way.*
Well we'll see then.
*His wand is still in his hand and he can feel how slick the wood is getting from the sweat beginning to build on his palm. Looking deeply at the fire in the door, Zero holds up his wand, and attempts to put it out. Naturally that would be first thing any one would do.*

He should have known she was a muggle, Voldemort wouldn't have it any other way.* I am...about to loose my patience with you... It matters not what you've seen, you will never remember it when they're finished with you. Now come... *This is the girl's last chance at freedom as far as he's concerned. If she hasn't enough sense to take his help and save herself while she can she isn't worth helping further.* |

Haha. No, that's not what got me. Mine was eating a poisoned apple rather than a hedgehog. Didn't read the instructions properly.

Now I have to give tests to other people who come through here.
~~Columns emerge from the wall and seperate to reveal a passage onwards.~~
You passed I suppose. Normally I have to ask all sorts of things like 'what have you got to live for' and the like. But your hose thing works just as well.
Must say though. There's a chance you're better off here than finding out what's in the next room.
