(Set ten minutes before Hunting the Fugitives)
It took a dizzying instant before Hermione slammed to the ground, Harry under her, her arms linked through one of Ron's arms and one of Tonk's arms, wrapping around Harry. She'd concentrated on getting them all there in one place, but she hadn't focused too much on herself - which resulted in her getting splinched. A huge slash of flesh from her back and some from her arm and leg were slashed as well. It didn't matter however. What did matter?
Harry wasn't breathing, Ron was unconscious and Tonks was beat up bad and near to unconsciousness.
Shivering, biting back the pain, she screamed, "HELP! WE NEED HELP OVER HERE! PLEASE!"

Augustus heard the help-cries, looked around for other staff and saw nobody. He sat down his mug of still steaming tea with a wistful glance. Everyone always needs urgent help here, it's a hospital after all.
When he came into the hall he recognized a stumbling Tonks. He had met her before and no one who had met Tonks once would ever forget her. Stumbling over her feet was usual for her but this time something seemed badly wrong.
He ran over to the little beat-up looking group. "Dear me, what has happend to y'all?"
Bending over the two unconscious young men, his breath stopped for a moment. "But that's Harry! Harry Potter!"
He hadn't attended Hogwarts but he had seen enough pictures in the newspapers, especially after the rumours last year, to recognize the Chosen One.
Casting a Levicorpus, he lifted Harry of the ground and turned to the two women. "Can you help me with the other guy, please? - Quick, in here!"
Gus waved his wand in a complicated pattern at one of the walls and a door appeared. He led Harry through, made the others following, and closed the hidden door again when everyone was inside the treatment room.
"It's safe in here, and the other healers will only come in if I send a special signal."
After applying a restorant to the young women, he gestured towards the guys, now resting on hospital beds and addressed the bushy haired girl.
"Tell me what caused all this. I know, splinching hurts, but you are alive and conscious, I need to tend to these two first."

*Tonks was hardly aware of her surrounds at this point. She did recognize familiar voices, and was able to push past the pain and stumble down the hall. But the witch was moving on autopilot.*
*After making it to the room with the rest of her group, she collapsed onto one of the beds. An extremely weak sigh escaping her lips as she drifted off. Unable to hang on to consciousness any longer*

Harry was vaguely aware that he was moving. The darkness was still enveloping him, but he was becoming aware of people moving and speaking around him. For a while he'd thought he was dead. The void had seemed to crush in on him, but now, although he was still in pain, everything seemed to have lightened slightly.
He was conscious enough to wonder where he was. Not in Azkaban any more, he didn't think. But then where? Maybe Hogwarts? He missed Hogwarts. Even after all the bad things that had happened there over the course of the years he was at school there, Hogwarts had always felt safe. He would quite like to be back at Hogwarts. Although, to be honest, anywhere other than Azkaban seemed preferable at the moment. He even wouldn't mind being in Privit Drive, and that was really saying something!

A slight noise from one of the stretchers made Augustus turn back to the guys. He saw Harry's eyelids flutter, but under all the blood the young man's sking looked greyer than before. Quickly he syphoned off most of the blood and took a blood replenishing potion from the cupboard. Bit by bit he started spooning it into Harry's mouth, careful not to make him choke.
After a few minutes it seemed to him the potion was taking effect. The skin of his patient was still pale but had lost the dangerous tinge of death.
Gus looked at the Mark on Harry's arm, biting his lip. "So the rumours are true ...." He applied a strong painkilling and healing ointment on the bruised skin and wrapped a bandage around it.
"Harry? Mr Potter? Can you hear me?"

*Everything was moving fast... thankfully a doctor came right away and they were able to get in*-*takes a deep breath, following*-*her wounds weren't as bad as the others that she had gotten there and really she didn't care about her splinching, that's not what she was thinking about until the doctor spoke about it after everyone was in*
*looking down at her wounds, she shakes her head*
I know, I'm alright.
*walking over to Ron, running a hand across his forehead, breathing heavy and fast, turns to the doc when he talks to her*-*not knowing what to say, just swallows*
Death Eaters. There was an attack and they might be coming here.
*she seriously hoped not, but you never know*-*she still had her wand out, prepared, ready for anything and jumping*
*eyes widened as she moved closer to Harry, knowing to stay quiet because of the doctor and him, but still looked him over, scared, but glad that he was awake*-*looking around, closed some of the curtains, making sure no one could see in, walked closer*
*Nods when the doctor talks*
Yes, the rumors are true.
*takes a breath*
How long before he's able to be moved?
*worried they would be found... more worried about his health, but like normal, she was looking at all things that needed to be done, taking some shakey breaths, wincing at a pang in her skin, but pulling it back, chews on her bottom lip*
Is there anything I can do to help?

Augustus looked reassuringly into the witches eyes. "Don't worry, this room is safe. The door to this room is hidden once it's closed and only the staff knows how to open it."
He gestures towards Ron. "Just keep an eye on him while I tend to Miss Tonks."
Concentrating, he moved his wand over Tonk's body, muttering spells when he encountered broken bones, and nodded satisfied after a while.
"She's badly bruised but all she needs now is rest and some Skele-grow when she wakes up again. - Just for safety, I don't want to move them right now, but I'd like to call Healer Smethwyck down here. "

Ron eyes fluttered as he came too, mumbling in pain with a massive headache which seemed an anvil was dropped on it in a comical Acne production, but this was no joke. “Her…mi…o…nee…” he moaned in pain, the light slowly leaking through his closed eyelids which blinded him nevertheless. The room was cold, yet he was on a soft mattress, perhaps he was in his room but the orange decorations had gone missing. No, this was not his bedroom; his mum would have been on his side babying him. Ron thought of the last things he was doing before everything going dark. Fighting…fighting in a cliff against…against dementors. Sitting up so quickly, he got lightheaded which was not a good combination with his already pounding head. “HARRY? HERMIONE!” his voice bouncing off the walls making it sound louder than it was only to fall back onto the goose down pillow and closing his eyes moaning.
“Bloody hell” Ron’s hands went directly to his head, pressing on the temples to make the ache go away. He would prefer death at that moment instead of the anguish he was experiencing at that moment, or at least someone knock him out again so he couldn’t feel. Typical bloke, making things worse than what they really are but to him, his world was falling apart. Hand searched, hoping that by some miracle he could find Hermione’s and die happily and allowing the pain to take him, take him back into the darkness that was so inviting, where there was no pain or sound or life, yet his body continued to work, breathing involuntarily, the sign that he was still alive but unconscious once one.

*Nodded when he said to take care of Ron while he looked over Tonks*-*though as much as she loved Tonks, it was Harry that she was worried about right now... he was bleeding profusely and he seemed dead when he had apparated with Tonks and himself*-*the doctor knew what he was doing, but that didn't mean Hermione wouldn't still be worried and wanting to yell at the things she thought were wrong*
*snapped out of her thoughts as she heard Ron groan and then roll over*-*eyes widened as she rushed over, looking over his features... at least he was sort of conscious*
*Her eyes found the healer's as he asked if he could bring down another healer to help*-*taking a deep breath, she took out her wand and nodded... she learned not to trust people at their word if she didn't know them... so she would be prepared to fight if this was some sort of a trick... the girl was smart, as we all know*
*Eyes widened and went back to Ron as he groaned her name and then sat up and yelled hers and Harry's name*-*reached for him just as his head went down and arm went out*
*caught his hand, holding on, whispers softly to him*
I'm here... I'm right here... we're at the hospital and you're all getting help...
*presses a kiss to the temple of his head, whispers*
Shh, calm down... you're okay... you're safe.. we all are...
*wand at the ready for anything... they were going to be fine... safe*

Gus took out his wand, smiling at the nervous witch.
"You are safe here, I am just going to send a Patronus."
He conjured a lively magpie and sent it off with all the medical details. Then he started to patch up the still unconscious wizard. After a moment healer Smethwyck's Patronus appeared through the wall like a ghost and spoke to him with a friendly voice, explaining it was to dangerous to come down in person, and giving him some additional advice.
He looked back at Hermione.
"You heard him, but I feel better now that I know he thinks I can handle it."
Systematically he tended to Harry's damaged body, satisfied that the guy's breathing and heart beat had stabilized still more.
"He'll wake up soon. I will give him more potions later. For his arm... I can't do much more at the moment. He needs to see someone from the 4th floor later when he's better."

It was like hearing static from a radio, quite at first, then louder and louder until the darkness wasn't peaceful at all. If this was dying, he didn't like it very much. He screwed up his face, trying to block everything out again. He just wanted a few more minutes quiet.
"Urgh," he moaned, moving his head to one side. His head hurt. It felt like someone was pounding a sledgehammer on the inside of his skull. "Make it stop..."

*Watches him as he sends out a Patronus*-*still taking care of Ron, but making sure everything was okay. I mean, could you blame her after what they went through on that cliff?*
*the guy's voice came back and she heard about the danger and nodded, glad as well that the doctor at the other part of the hospital had faith in this doctor with them now*-*nods at him once more, looking down at Ron as the man tended to Harry*-*she wondered how much damage they would have and how long it would take them to heal*
*just then she heard Harry's voice and she sprinted over to him, leaning over the side where the doctor wasn't working, grabbed his hand*
Harry...
*being sure to keep his voice soft*
What else is hurting besides your head and arm?
*wanted to make sure they knew all the injuries so that the healer could treat everything... she wanted them to be as thorough as possible*
*trembles, her nerves shot to hell through what had happened*

Vaguely, in the distance, he could hear someone talking, or was it just a fly? He couldn't make out any words. It was like he was standing inside his own head, trying to hear through the thick fleshy walls of his brain.
Bracing himself against the pain in his head, he forced his eyes open. Everything was painfully bright, too bright. He could see shapes swimming about above him. Whether they were friends or foes, he couldn't tell. "'Mione?" he croaked, trying to raise a hand towards the slighter of the two shapes.
