*Gus supresses a grin. He likes the Qibbler, but only for entertainment, he doesn't believe one word of the articles, but he doesn't want the sweet witch to know. The hospital has a subscription because the paper distracts the patients, and laughing is always a good medicine.*
So, your father is interested in healing? I can give him a tour of St Mungo's, just tell him to ask for me. Or is he interested in Muggle medicine?
*He starts to suture the wound, making as tiny stitches as possible.*
It won't stay like this, inside the flesh will grow together again, and the thread will vanish after a few days. It's a Muggle invention, it simply dissolves on its own!

*Shakes her head*
Oh no, he's just interested in anything unusual and strange. Especially if there are tiny unknown creatures involved.
*Watches him sewing her hand shut, astounded*
Muggles know how to vanish things? This is really fascinating!
*Frowns a little*
And once it dissolves, will I need to come back for more, or will my wound stay closed?

*Puts the sewing material away.*
You won't have to come back. It should be as good as new when the thread has vanished. It would be good though if you come here once more so I can have a look at it. There might be a small scar but we can easily remove it with a spell or an ointment.
*He thinks about the Muggle question.*
I don't really know if that's proper magic, Muggles can't do such things. Maybe your father would know, if he's into unusual phenomenons?

*Looks relieved, because she didn't want to spend forever with her hand looking like a child's rag doll*
Oh, that's good!
*Wiggles her hand, delighted that the swelling and the nasty colour has gone away, and marvelling at how the stitches keep the wound closed*
How soon do you need me to come back?
*Nods*
I'll make sure to ask Daddy when I get home. He'll be ever so disappointed when I tell him that Gernumbli bites don't just infect you with creativity, so it would do well to have something to keep his mind off that.

Oh, in a week or so would be okay.
*He gets an idea*
Maybe you could bring some signed copies of The Quibbler? We could use them to cheer up the longterm patients.
*winks at her*
And next time you let yourself bite by a gnome, make sure it has brushed its teeth properly!

*Luna nodded again, satisfied with that, and got to her feet*
Alright, I'll be here in a week.
*Smiles brightly*
The new issue is out this weekend, so that works out well. I'll be sure to write about the bacteria, they sound incredible.
*Can't help herself and giggles. Even to Luna, asking a gnome to brush its teeth sounds silly*
I like you. You're kind, and funny.
*Waves to him as she leaves*
Thank you again, Healer Pye! I'll see you next week.
