The Story so Far;
It is now 2003, five years after Voldemort began the Second Wizarding War, and it still wages on to this day.
The Trio
Harry, Ron and Hermione have grown into strong, steadfast young adults after a testing last few years which have seen Harry's fall from grace in the eyes of the rest of the World, and then at his lowest, being seduced and tricked into serving alongside the Dark Lord, Voldemort, weakened by the possesion of the Resurrection Stone and even torturing Hermione under the orders of the Dark Lord. However the love and forgiveness of his friends pulled him from his darkness and back into the light and together again they stand against evil. The Wizarding World however have not been so forgiving.
The Ministry
Political unrest now lies in the Ministry. Minister Rufus Scrimgeour, though a pragmatic man, has not done enough to combat the attacks and threat in the Wizarding World and for too long has pinned his hopes on The Boy Who Lived. There are very soon to be new strong candidates, including the ever-slippery tongued Lucius Malfoy, waiting in the wings ready to strike and take their place as Minister, a Minister that will not seek to have hope in Potter.
The Death Eaters
Azkaban and its fearsome Dementors has been Voldemort's dominion for the last two years and has been used to hold various witches and wizards, including Aurors, captive and cruelly tortured. Azkaban was renamed as Novus Universitas by the Dark Lord, which signified a New World and a new start for the Death Eaters. There, the Superior Death Eaters have been using the impenetrable base to train their younger, impressionable followers into a new breed of agressive Death Eaters to strengthen their cause and numbers. Their thunderous black clouds often darken the skies; there are only very few places remaining completely safe from harm, currently this is inside of Hogwarts and in Grimmauld Place.
Hallows, Horcruxes & Hope
Meanwhile, Voldemort desires the Elder Wand, one of the three Deathly Hallows, but Harry must be the one who wields its power in order to survive a duel between them. There is only one man who knows its whereabouts, and he seeks to hide it away, his intentions clouded to outsiders. The other two Hallows are in Harry's possesion.
Harry has three Horcruxes left to destroy before he has a good chance of victory over Voldemort. But first Harry must seek to cut the Death Eaters' control away from Azkaban, quickly. This is not such an impossible task as it seems - Harry has the remains of a Dark Mark which was given to him during his time alongside the Dark Lord, plus he now has the strongest Patronus ever seen in Wizarding history. The Aurors must work with the Ministry against attacks on the fragile Wizarding World and keep strong in minds and wands, in memory of the infamous Albus Dumbledore and in the hope of a world free from terror and darkness.
Will you dare to hope alongside them in the battle against the dark, take stand with the loathesome Death Eaters or will you remain outside of either side, perhaps join a third side? We are waiting for you....
