*His eyes thinned. His patience hanging by a thread.*
Whatever orders I gave you before obviously do not stand any longer. Talk now or talk at the trial.

Venus had been on her way in to give a report on how her work was going when she heard all the commotion coming from an office. She took out her wand and approached the door. Taking a quick look inside she already saw at least 5 auror's and the minister inside. Her eyes widened and she quickly moved back so she wouldn't be seen. It was the man from the silver serpent who had interupted her meeting with Rowle and who had also shown up in the graveyard that night she was talking to Angela. What in the world was he doing with an office at the ministry. She stayed silent and listened to what was being said.

I'll tell you everything if you could lock the door. This information must not be heard of the wrong persons. Untie me, and I've sit clamly down and tell you whatever you want.
*Waits to the door is locked, still with Venus undetected.*
Okey...
Let us turn the clock back a few weeks. I entered your office to declare my arraival. The International Confuderation of Wizards wanted me here because of the regime of Lord Voldem - oh, right, taboo. Well, the Confuderation wanted me here because we were afraid this Ministery wouldn't be able to comply to the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy. And since the Confuderation is Head of all International law and is the one responseble to make sure every Ministry of Magic follows the Statue, I was organilly ordered to give you - *Here he nodds to Scrimgeour.* The Order of Dismissal. But I wouldn't do it. Why should I? Obviously the rest of the Confuderation wanted me to give you the offical statement, seeing they belive you to be incompetent. But I knew that wasn't right. Who better to lead a Wizarding Community to the victory in a war against a Dark Wizard than a highly skilled and trained Auror? And Head Auror, no less. I went to you because I knew my son was a former ally of Vol -, that guy, and I wanted to use that as my advantage. So I asked to become a spy for you and you accepted my offer, as long as I didn't get in the way for your people. I went to Knockturn Alley, a place I heard had several businesses contected to the Dark Arts and found a man called Thorfinn Rowle, and asked him to take me to his boss. He agreed, but first he wanted me to show he could trust me. So he gave me a mission. Kill the Minister for Magic. But how could I do that? If I backed out, he said he would torture and kill me for being a weakling, if I was successful... Well, I certainly didn't want that. So I had to fail, but not back down. So yes, to make sure the Death Eaters trusted me so I could be useful for the Ministry as a spy for Mr. Scrimgeour, I would need to make it look like I was trying. And because of that, I did indeed use the Imperius Curse to make Closeworth attempt murder. Of course, I also made sure he would fail, by attempt to hold him back, by a combination of making my Imperius Curse as weak as possible and that he had no reason to want to kill the planned victim. I also knew that if he was going to try, I had to be sure Scrimgeour wouldn't have any problems woth overpower him by his own. But how disguse it? The Ministry is full of Voldy's spies, so I had to think ahead of them. If other Death Eaters knew of my mission, and in particular the spies of the Dark Wizard we talk about, I had to make sure no one knew it was me. I didn't know of anyone except from Scrimgeour that I could trust, so I modificated his memory so that when he got caught, he would tell you a false story about LeStrange, a witch I had seen a picture of in the paper. Minister, I assure you that you were never in any danger. I would never dream of trying to harm you, both because I don't want to, as we bot are enemies of You-Know-Who, and because the worst I could manage to do to a wizard as powerful as you is to hit you in the head with my cane and then get my but kicked. If I failed, and Ministery Officals saw which weak attempt it was, knew it was me, one of them would surely they raport to the Death Eaters and have me killed. But if they didin't know who it was, just that they know it wasn't me, I could keep on my misson collect information for the Ministry from the inner circle of the Death Eaters. That is what has happened. My leg? It was as I told you, Minister... Except form a few details that slipped my mind due to the effect of a poorly preformed Confundus Charm. I was looking after Rowle to ask him why "Mrs. Lestrange." had tried to kill Scrimgeour, becuase that had ruined my "plan". But then I saw the Dark Mark, and knew the Death Eaters would all be at one place, in which case, I would be able to catch some of them. But what if I was recognized? What if Rowle was there? I had to disguse myself. So I made a mask in hurry, used a black traveling cloack and simply sneaked into the croud, ready to attack them from behind when reinforcements arrived.
Unfortunately, worried that you had not seen the Dark Mark, and with uncertainty if you were near by, I went in front of the group to look for you. And suddenly; there you were! And since I was now was misplaced for an attack, I would easily be revealed and killed if I turned around and attacked the army of Death Eaters behind me, so I was almost forced to attack you. This was not what I wanted, things did not go as I had planned. When you arrived, I hesitated. And the real Bellatrix Lestrange was impatient and cursed me with an Imperius Curse to attack you. But I'm strong minded. I tried to break free of the curse, and nearly made it, but when they saw me fight against the curse, one of the Death Eaters were able to put two and two together. I do not know what happened, probably one of the Death Eaters thought he was going to have some fun. He Confunded me, and suddenly I was living in the belief that you were the attacking Death Eaters and that the Death Eaters were my reinforcements. So I did what every half lunatic would do. I fired all the curses I could think of in panic to the east and west. One of you hit me with a blast spell in the leg. It was really fine you did, because I never got the chance to really hurt anyone. *Now he turned to Robards.* I'm not sure, but I think you were the one on the broom I hitted. I was really relieved when I saw you were not badly injured, and I am so sorry... Anyway, when I woke up at St. Mungo's, I did not know how I had ended up there. When you arrived, Minister, my mind was all clouded and dark. I remembered very little of the circumstances of how I ended up at the Burrow. I just remembered that I was looking for the man who is named Gilderoy Lockhart, which I use as a cover story while I'm in the field. When I belived the Healers to take too long to heal my leg, I tried to fix it myself, and now I am forever crippled. I have lied now of fear that some spies of Voldiy might would run and gossip to their boss. I'm sorry, but I had to do all this to keep my role as a spy seceret, and that's the truth.

*He watched and listened as the man prattled on about various excuses going back to the day he arrived in England.*
It's too late for excuses Heap. You're going on trial, where the Wizengamot will decide what is to happen.
Take him away.

Oh Miss Tamwell, good to see you.
*He smiled.*
Glad you could make it. I'll fill you in soon. Maybe you could help us with a few details.

Venus bowed her head.
"But of course Baron. Should I meet you in your office then?"
Venus was a little tense, hoping that she could get away before Heap saw her and realized he had seen her before.

Wait a moment!
*He said sharply.*
You are arresting me for NOT putting you in danger? You are arresting me for attacking you under the influence of both the Imperius Curse and a Confunuds Charm? You are arresting me for following your orders? As a spy for the Ministry, to make sure no one suspect me, I have to do what's necessary to do my job. I'm still in contact with the Death Eaters, and still able to gain invaluable information. Of course, that is, if I'm not innocent and this whole story was ment to pretend I admitted the crime so I can see the reaction of the Death Eaters from distance. Think of it: New guy arraives, someone tried to kill the Minister, The reason for that someone tries to attempt murder failed, and whops, there we blamed the new guy because we have spied on him and know he's a spy, and therefor we let's him get what's coming to him.
*Pause.*
You! You were with him in the Silver Serpent! You was with Thorfinn Rowle! In that case, it seems that she's a spy to... Odd, one would think she is arrested to, for NOT bringing someone into danger...
I have done nothing wrong, and you people know it.

*He stood from his seat and held his wand out straight.*
You are under arrest for we have reason to believe that you are the direct reason for an assassination attempt on my life! You will comply. You have the right to speak, but I suggest you do not because you're likely to only incriminate yourself further. You will be held in a cell in the Ministry basement until the time of your trial where you shall recieve a fair hearing.
If in that case, you are found innocent you will be freed. Until that time, stop making things worse for yourself and come quietly.
*He grit his teeth for a moment and calmed his breathing.*
If you resist further, I shall take that as a sign of your guilt and have you executed on the spot. Is that clear?

Her heart started to beat quicker as she heard Heap speak to her. She smiled and turned to face the men.
"I'm sorry sir, I have no idea what you could be talking about. I've never stepped one foot near that place."
She paused then added.
"Of course Baron, I shall meet you there at once."

Ah, the problem is that execution is illigal by international law, and if you even tells an Auror to have the great Lord Voldy himself executed without approval of the Confuderation, you are losing your job, even before the person is dead, and because of that, your order of execution is worthless...
*He looks at Scrimgeour.* Which part of; You were never in any danger didn't you get? Ever been to a theater before? It was just like that... Just an act. A Role Play... Don't lie to yourself.
*Assume he is fried since they want him to walk quietly, and limps to Scrimgeour, grabbs his cane, opens it on the middle, takes the wand that is fested to the inside by strings and conjures a tiny bottle of glass and places the wand-tip to his temporal, takes out the memory of seeing Venus in Silver Serpent, puts it in the bottle and gives both item (both wand and memory.) to Scrimgeour before putting the cane togheter again and uses it to limp to the cell, followed to the cells by Aurors.*
