*Griselda throws a quizzical look at her co-worker.*
"What do you think? Of course I have asked for proof! Mr Schmitz will send a messenger with validated copies as soon as possible."

It will be a rough one at that Pius!
*Trying to recall the battle himself once again only proved to show him his part of it. He had been knocked unconscious and only dragged out by Ashwood. He was aware that some of the others had suffered similarly.*
I dare say that hardly any of us really had much idea of what was going on the entire time.

We have a week to prepare the documents for the trial Gawain, so work with that schedule. Give us as much information as you possibly can.
*Looking over Baron's report, specifically that which detailed von Heap's confession.*
I believe it would be prudent to drawn as many witnesses as possible. Griselda, you may gather more documents that you wish, but I feel the one you received would be sufficient. Does anyone know the whereabouts of Remus Lupin?

Witnesses yeah.
*He shuffled through his sheets.*
Don't know about Lupin, but who else do we want in for witnesses?
*He knew that Venus was not keen to appear in the courtroom, and he would do what he could do avoid it.*
Colsworth of course, and the aurors at the battle? Are we aware of anyone else we should bring in?

*Looks up from his notes*
All the Aurors that were there should be present at the trial to give evidence. I think that will be enough to prove this man is not as innocent as he claims.

*He nods as though the decision has been made.*
That's settled then. The trial is at the end of the week. All that's left to do is get hold of Lupin for some extra support.

Wonderful. An open and shut case if ever I've seen one. If there's nothing else then, ladies and gentlewizards ... ?
*Organises his paperwork, anxious to get his other work done*

I agree. Let the evidence present itself.

*Settles back into his chair, looking over the assembled ministry staff*
Excellent, we have enough evidence to keep Mr. von Heaps looked up until the trial. While Mr. Robards gathers the aurors together and attempts to contact Remus Lupin, I will talk with the Minister and send a message to the German Minister keeping him informed. I will be expecting you all to be in attendance at the Wizengamont, if you have any questions please review Mr. Papanoida case files. [/color][/blockquote]

If anyone has any further information regarding the trial, I would appreciate it being added to the case file so we can refer to it in the courtroom.
*He started gathering his copy of the notes together. Thicknesse had done a good job leading the meeting and he was glad that it was sorted out so efficiently.*
I'd like to thank you all for your time and thanks again Pius for arranging todays meeting.
*He gave Pius a nod and began to rise from his seat.*
I'll see you all again when the time comes.
