*wraps the last. Now she goes back out to find an outfit for the party, cursing that she only has a galleon and handful of knuts left*

*after working all day, she has finally cleaned up the flat. She now hangs up holly and sets up a little tree like her father always did, then heads out to owl her presents to her family*

*Phantom Noelle's owl flies in with a few copys of the Party invitation*

Hey, Elena, here's some copys of the invitation. I've sent a few to some of my friends, send some to yours

It is a pleasure to inform you that Donatien and I {Noelle} are celebrating our seventeenth birthday. It would be an honor if you would attend.

Dress atire is Masqurade, so don't forget your costume and your mask!

We can't wait to see you there! Guests are welcom, but please notify one of the three of us

*tries on her dress, twirling in the mirror. A frown sets in when she notices how plain it looks on her, but promises herself to find something to dazzle it up by the party*



*starts to picture her hair style, and then her grand entrance and dancing, prehaps with a certain someone.......*

*Phantom flies in and drops the letter off, then flies away*

Sure, I've got some stuff done, I'm just waiting for some stuff to finish cooking. I'm going crazy with magic! LoL. And of course you can change over here. I'll see you later then!

It's been such a long time since we've been in correspondence, but I'm happy to tell you that I am finally returning to Hogwarts. Over the last few weeks, there have been more and more threats against my muggle-loving parents, and they've decided that I would be safer at Hogwarts after all.
I'm going to be very behind, and I have yet to contact my professors, but I hope we can continue our friendship where we left off, if you can ever forgive me for being away.

*laughs her way through the door, having come back from Noelle's party to change shoes and put on some less formal clothes*

*See Holly's note and nearly chocks, at first overwhelmingly happy that her best friend was returning and then...well that was just it....she had a new best friend....she had been gone so long....*

I-I can't deal with this now.

*grabs some clothes and heads back to take the 5pm train back to London, Holly's note crumpled in her pocket*

*comes in huge bags containing pieces of Don's present and places them all around the sofa. She notes the time and then puts some water on and collapses on the couch. There had been some strange business in Hogsmeade today as she was coming in so she changed her plans and instead of heading to the Hogs Head decided to stay home. Instead, she packed her bag for class tomorrow and danced around the room, humming that wing tune she and Don had danced to.*

*pushes over the door, Don following her in*


I will! *she screams down to the landlady*

Sorry, she wants the rent. Who knew? *laughs*

Yeah, I had more fun at the party than I expected, you?
