Anyway, I'm wondering if you guys really know what a hit-wizard is? They work for the Dept. of Magical Law Enforcement and are in charge of capturing the extremely dangerous criminals. According to the application Lavarian is on Voldemort's side. So that wouldn't really work, would it? Or is he some kind of spy? Though he's still a bit young to be working for the DE so I think this needs to be thought through a little more...or explained further.

I suggest you guys give it some thought and then have Levarian sign up and post the application herself, alright? I appreciate you helping your friend out though Noelle. Thanks for helping us out by recruiting.

Reason for wanting non-canon: There is more artistic license. But what is more vital to me is the fact I can create and establish a character that is entirely my own, and which only I know how to play, a character that has not been seen before, something new and, hopefully, interesting.

Very brief background of character: Diomedea is half-Greek, half-English from her father and mother respectively. Her father, Lysander Circe, was a politician of Sparta, and thus he made certain that his only daughter's up-bringing was one entailing the highest moral values and principles he was taught himself by the ancestors. A strict and loving nonetheless man, who taught Diomedea the secrets of ancient magic. Her mother, Amalia, had studied magic in the Hogwarts school, in the Slytherin House, which is why Diomedea received a letter from there when she was expelled from the Spartan community at the age of eleven, having been accused of anarchism and agnosticism.

Her mother was murdered when she was four years old by Aurors of the Ministry of Magic who wrongly thought she was a Death Eater. This is partly why Diomedea grew so cold, black and cruel. Without a mother to bring out the best in her, Diomedea became a ruthless predator. Demented, wicked and passionate about everything, she always plans to achieve what she desires. Her father was heart-broken when Diomedea was expelled from the community and became rather neurotic to her. Though she loved him, she bore no tolerance towards him and after years of putting up with him, she killed him. She was not happy to do so, but she does not regret it. She swore revenge at the Aurors and is the first who hates the Ministry of Magic, because of what happened to her mother.

Which 'Side' is Character On: Well, no side really but she is a Slytherin and her parents support The Dark Lord
Background of Character: The daughter of Julian and Riann Prewett and the niece of the disowned Molly Weasley nee Prewett. She is related to the Black family and therefore a distant relative of the Malfoys but has lived in France most of her life and has decided to moved to Wizarding England and is hoping that her family connections with the Malfoys will get her some place.
Her family is very traditional and she was brought up to believe that blood-purity, money and power are what is truly essential in life and thinks of herself and her family highly.
She went to Beauxbatons but used to wish her parents had sent her to Hogwarts. She was a high achiever in all her subjects but most particularly in Potions, her father wanted her to be a Potions Master(/Mistress?) but she instead decided she wanted to be a high-flying journalist for the Daily Prophet, but her ideal 'occupation' would be to marry well and become a Society Witch.

I would like to be known as Miranda Phoenix. I am the half blood cousin of Jane Phoenix, who does not know of my existance. Jane's father and my father are half brothers...who's magical background became obscured due to a hurricane on the south coast of France. The boat they were travelling on with their parents capsized and the brothers were separated, to be raised separately. My father, Sebastian, did not know of his magical heritage and due to his imprisonment in a French jail, (it was said that as a child, he had "a violent temper and would explode when provoked..") for suspending a classmate from a soccerfield goal post in the dead of winterand allowing him to freeze to death, was never to attend a magical school such as Beauxbaton. Eventually I went to live at my nanny's house in Ottery St. Catchpole at age 5, to be raised by her and her family.

I would like to be a 6th year at Hogwarts, with ambitions to be an Auror
