I would like to be known as Miranda Phoenix. I am the half blood cousin of Jane Phoenix, who does not know of my existance. Jane's father and my father are half brothers...who's magical background became obscured due to a hurricane on the south coast of France. The boat they were travelling on with their parents capsized and the brothers were separated, to be raised separately. My father, Sebastian, did not know of his magical heritage and due to his imprisonment in a French jail, (it was said that as a child, he had "a violent temper and would explode when provoked..") for suspending a classmate from a soccerfield goal post in the dead of winterand allowing him to freeze to death, was never to attend a magical school such as Beauxbaton. Eventually I went to live at my nanny's house in Ottery St. Catchpole at age 5, to be raised by her and her family.

Reason for wanting non-canon:
I think it would be very interesting and fun roleplaying a non-canon rather than a canon because you get to make up there personality and choose there life style. I think its more difficult roleplaying a canon because you have to roleplay the exact role of the canon from the Harry Potter Movie. I enjoy roleplaying non-canons and I've been roleplaying non-canons for a long time now. This roleplay site is very new too me and I hope I do a good job roleplaying the character I choose.

Which 'side' is character on?: Evil and her family supports the Dark Lord

Very Brief background of character: Lara Malfoy is the youngest Malfoy child in the Malfoy family. Her brother is Draco Malfoy and her mother is Narcissa Malfoy. She is very dark and evil like her brother, Draco Malfoy. She is the most perfect child in the Malfoy family. She dresses well and always obeys her parents.

But sometimes she can have ups and downs and starts ruining evrything. She loves to annoy people and make them angry. She loves doing this to her brother Draco. Since she's the youngest Malfoy in the family she's not very strong and rather week. She gets very sad by this and tries her very best too become strong like her family. Lara Malfoy is very proud that she is a Pure Blood and is part of the Malfoy family. She never hangs out with Blood Traitors or any with the sort.

She has not recieved her letter from Hogwarts yet. for her age she is still very young and is eagre awaiting her letter from Hogwarts. Since she is a Malfoy she will definately be sorted in to Slytherin House.

Errm, a 5 year old would be too young to be a Death Eater, yes.

It would be interesting to have a 5 year old but you'd be very limited in what you can do.

May I suggest the character is between 11-15 and is either starting at Hogwarts in Sept or already a student there.

Very Brief background of character: She loved to predict and guess future events as a child. She always wanted to know what was around the corner, while her brother just plowed foolishly ahead. Whenever possible, Sélène would tell him the unpleasant outcome beforehand. Naturally, Sélène spotted her brother’s sun allergy way before he did, and grew to love the moon more than the sun. The sun only reminds her of what they’re missing. Her skin is delicate and burns easily, so she prefers the night.

At Hogwarts she excels in Divination and is a fairly quiet student. In her spare time she picks up new hobbies, anything from muggle opera to wizard chess.

Brief Background: Leo grew up in Russia where his family owned a farm, growing various types of magical plants. His mother home schooled him and his two younger brothers until Leo turned fifteen and was sent to Durmstrang. He didn't much like it there and never really fit in so, he convinced his parents to let him go to Hogwarts to complete his magical education. Even though he is 17, he will only be in his sixth year at Hogwarts, simply due to the differences in schools. He excels in Herbology and speaks English quite well. He is anxious to start his life over again in a new place, make new friends, and find something that he is passionate about to devote his life to after Hogwarts.

Reason for wanting character: My characters so far are all very strict to their role and canon. There is no real move for creativity and I just wanted someone I could create and determine.

Very Brief background of character:

Born in South Africa to a single English parent Mother. From a young age showed magical tendancies which his own Mother couldn't understand and attempted to prohibit any 'funny business', even as they moved back to England she was ignorant to the fact that he could indeed have powers unheard of by her or by any muggle. This was the story for 11 years, visiting a muggle school not knowing anything about the world he really belonged too, when came the letter - his Mother fell very ill; she said is was all her fault that Jakob turned out this way and made every effort to discourage him from attending the school.

Unfortunately she died of a fatal heart disease, leaving Jakob with only one place to turn; Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. To say he was an average student was fair, nothing was distinctly different about him than the other pupils, except his skill in Quidditch and his facination with the Dark Arts. His interest, however, was luckily in the defending of such magic, not in the conjuration.

In his final year at Hogwarts, Jakob was talent scouted at a Quidditch match where he played for Ravenclaw. The scout represented the 'Midland Minotaurs' and offered Jakob somewhere to stay and a place in the Junior squad. Well, over four years has passed and now he plays seeker for the Minotaurs, launching them into an open league. His interest in 'good magic' also led him to the doors of the Order of the Phoenix, which he joined, but had to real involvement in the business they conducted. More of the motivater of Grimmauld Place, when not playing quidditch.

Reason for wanting non-canon: Well to be honest, I don't think I would be able to really get into any of the canons that are available. However in the future I may take on a canon if they are needed.

Name of character: Camille Dalfore

Blood type: Pureblood. Or so she believes.

Occupation of character: Camille is a student therefore doesn't work.

Very Brief background of character:
Growing up, it had always been Camille, her siblings and their mother. Camille was the youngest, Bella being eight years older than she, and having a different father...Yes their mother was quite the unreliable one luring men in with her good-looks and exotic aroma, only to discard them when they grew of little use to her. Isabella and Maria, her older sisters had the same father as one another, often going to visit him in his home in Paris. Rebecca, her mother, refused to say the name of her father, and Camille was left not knowing for several years.
Of course, both of her sisters attending Beauxbatons, seeing as they regularly stayed with their father, coming home to their mother only at Christmas and Easter. So Camille never really got much of a chance to be that close to either of them. Rebecca had inherited a large sum of wealth from her father, whom had died many a year ago, so Camille was often spoiled to the extent where she could get whatever she wanted...even though she tried often not to be too bratty. She'd seen what that had done to Isabella and Maria...the cows that they were.
The real shock came when she was eleven years old; a letter from Hogwarts came to her by owl...Hogwarts? She knew that it was a school somewhere in a Northern area of Britain, but surely she would be down for Beaxbatons? The same school her mother attended? But no, apparently her father had attended Hogwarts and her name had been on the list since birth. Her mother still kept quiet, allowing her to attend Hogwarts came as a shock to Camille, as did the sudden move to London. She now resides in London with her mother during school holidays.

Very Brief background of character: Son to Kevin (Wizard) and Alisha (Squib) DeVerde and older brother to Sarah (DeVerde) Blackstone (MADE UP)
Aeron was born in Dublin, Ireland, on the 31st of October.
Not prone to flights of fancy, there was obviously something strange about Aeron from the very beginning. It was nothing distinct, nothing you could but your finger on- just, he was a little off.

When his sister Sarah was born three years later, this only became more apparent. And bit by bit, the DeVerde's began to comment, "Why is Aeron the only child the McMillan's dog never barks at?" or "When Sarah slipped off the garage roof, she screamed her little heart out but Aeron just sat there waiting for his father to heal him in silence"

Things went on like normal for the family and Aeron passed through Hogwarts as a silent observer, no one really know him and if they did it was from a distance.
After graduation he found himself living between two worlds, neither full in the Muggle or the Wizarding world. Living hand to mouth, and paycheck to paycheck, it was in a run down, roachy apartment that Aeron had his first encounter with an Unspeakable and from that moment on Aeron knew his calling.
From that point on the small man fought tooth and nail to get himself a job and from there taught himself everything he could get his hands on about the Unspeakables. In the hopes that they would notice his probing and seek him out...they did only not for the reason Aeron he wanted, instead they where out for his blood thinking he was spying on them. It was only after 5 long days of interrogation that he was lead blindfolded to the mysteries dept. and thrown into an apprenticeship that would change his life until death.

Now he was working his way up the ranks and hoped to one day have his own project within his work place.

Not to say this type of writing is bad just that I have never tried it before and well; I'll shut up now I ramble when I'm nervous and you people are really quite scary.
