Aw bless ya we are soo not scary  and certainly would hate to come across that way to newbies.  Not sure exactly why it is, possibly a mixture between being a big site, lots of rules and evil characters - we really hope you'll come and get to know us a bit more in the Witching Hour and see we aren't really as bad as your first impression! Your application is actually excellent and I'd love to have your character here, we really need more elder Ministry people. I'm sure you are not as bad as I was imaging (I may have gotten a bit dramatic) but I still hold with my comment. I agree that part of the "irrational" fear may have been the size...and the scary people  I only really have one question and this is; Where do you suggest I find to meaning of "Aeron DeVerde?" It is just a name I made up  |

Verde means green doesn't it? You can usually find out by googling 'meaning of Aeron' and browsing name meaning sites. I guess it's always scary being new anywhere isn't it? You'll settle in quickly I'm sure. |

Background: Ruby was born in the United States. She was raised by her parents, Alasdair and Opal Marley, in the wizard village of Calandra's Willow. This village rests outside the biggest "witches coven" in America, Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. Little did those dirty muggles know, hidden to their eyes, there was a real wizarding population.
Ruby learned at a young age how worthless those commoners, you know them as muggles, really were. She would watch them push thier lawn mowers in the hot sun, sweating. When the uncivilized beasts would finish, her and her friends would just make it sprout up again, thicker and more lush than before. The commoners never could believe their eyes. The girls Favourite pastime was to hand out Ton-Tongue Toffees and Canary Creams, Ruby recieved these often from her cousin in England, out to the little muggle children outside playing in the school yards. For all the grief she caused, Ruby, never was told "no" by anyone. Being an only child after all can create a "little monster".
As a young witch, Ruby attended Pember Academy for witches and wizards. She had few faithful friends, more enemies than she could count and a deep deep loathing for those who pittied anyone weak. Here was where Ruby learned of The Dark Lord and his beliefs. She knew at once upon graduating what her destiny was. To join The Dark Lord and his Death Eaters in ridding the wizarding world of filthy rotten muggles and mudbloods.

Very Brief background of character:
Spoilt rotten by her parents who thought she was the most amazing thing on earth, having never been exposed to magic. Her education consisted of a muggle education plus extra lessons by a witch governess because her mama didn't want her little girl to go to school far away. Now attends Hogwarts for the final exams, only it turns out that she isn't as brilliant as everyone told her and she is barely OWL level despite her age. Is afraid of other wizards, most animals, heights ..
What sections do you want to RP in: Hogwarts mainly/ anything that comes up

Although these visions as such, are very rare. She found out she was a seer when she prophesised her parents deaths. Of course at 17 she did not take it seriously and quickly forgot about it. Once his family noticed this they felt ashamed and withheld affection. This made him want to earn affection, so he acted out to get attention. Julian will fight with just about anyone and was expelled from Beauxbatons at the end of his 6th year and suspended from all wizarding schools for two years. Will start Hogwarts as a 7th year and wants to get out as soon as possible. Oh, and he may get killed off sometime because he's a bully. Ohh I do like a bully!!  Please go ahead! Would a man with Veela blood be able to be a bully though? Everyone would just be entranced by him rather than feel hurt by him -- unless his Veela powers are muted? I'm not sure what canon says about male Veela. Specify this in profile or just make him pureblooded. |

Which 'side' is character on?: Ava likes the dark arts but, she is on her own side...for now atleast.
Very Brief background of character: Daughter to former slytherin house mates, Aaron Dominick and Madison Keeves. Ava was born on a cold night in november. Ava was brought up as a Slytherin since born, due to her parents backgrounds, a proud pureblood family.
What sections do you want to RP in: Any...hopily?
Your level of RP in your estimation: Intermediate. I've had roleplyed on a few different forum sites. However, for the last year or so I've lost my muse. Hopily I could get it back and hope this new character will do me some good.
