Growing up in America Willow went to an American wizarding school. When it came time for her to choose a profession the most natural thing was to do what her entire family had done and that was to either be a healer or Mediwizard. And of course being the type that couldn't sit still and wanted to be in the middle of all the action she chose Mediwizard, and has loved every moment of it. Willow is the aunt of Jane Phoenix, she and Jane's family lived in America most of there lives, moving when Jane was 10 to Scotland for Paul's job (was a healer). She worked for St.Mungo's for a few years then left to take her services to areas more remote who desperately needed medical attention. She came back more appreciative of the things she had and her loving family.

He loves to write lyrics, but has no idea how terrible they are. They are so depressive they sound like angsty teenage poetry.

*Character Background: When he was ten, his muggle father left their family and wrote them only once a year. He began to distrust people and developed with a bleak world outlook. His mother encouraged him to vent his emotions through music, but that only seemed to increase his sadness and dissatisfaction with life.

At Hogwarts, Rafe slacked in his classes and passed with average marks. He left as soon as he passed his OWLs. He was the lead vocalist/guitarist of a small band which played songs that mocked teachers and wooed their admiring fans. The band added a new bassist and became Never Been Cast after all members passed their OWLs.

At a huge gig, Rafe had a bit too much drink and accidently slept with his best friend’s little sister. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except he had let her drink his spiked beer and she blabbed the next day. She was engaged to their drummer and very off-limits. All of the band members blamed him and he was kicked out of Never Been Cast. Soon after the scandal and all the press, the band became popular and had hits on every British wizard wireless station. The band found a new lead singer, a fifteen year old nobody with a distinct “look.” Now he finds himself completely alone with his guitar, too afraid to turn on the wireless to hear one of his songs sung by an amateur.

Currently Rafe plays guitar and sings at pubs for a bit of money for food and cheap lodgings. One can often find him drinking and mumbling lyrics under his breath or jotting down lines on a napkin. The lyrics are usually morose unless he fancies someone. He hopes to move up in the world and form a new band if fate permits.

Your profile is really good - there is something though I'd like you to add and that's some kind of reference to the current 'war'/dangerous times in his history or somewhere - since it would be such a dominant issue in every wizard's life, esp in adult life & growing up. I realise he is a bit of an outsider,head in the clouds etc - but there would be some part of it that affects his world/life and would he have any particular political leanings or does he sing about the current times at all? Even if you say in the profile that he doesn't give a flying hippogryff about it, at least that's some clue on his views and makes him seem to fit into MM's plot/overview a bit more.

Heidi grew up in in Keswick with her mother and father. When she was younger her father used to beat her mother and her, she would go to her muggle school. they would ask about the bruises covering her body and she'd say that she "fell". For years she was beaten for no reason and told no one, then one day she felt so angry at her father for what he had put her through that she let all the anger explode out of her, shattering all the mirrors and glass in the room. Her father, being the coward that he was, up and ran off.
She's never heard from him again. Heidi's mother, Gabrielle, is the only family the girl has. And they don't need anyone else.

Very Brief background of character:

Aaron always knew about magic. His parents, Geoffry and Harmony always believed that a young introduction to magic was nessecary to become a successful wizard. They begun teaching Aaron magic at a young age. Come his first year at Hogwarts, and he found himself ahead. However, his laidback mentality and disappreciation for work soon placed him equal to the others.
Following the loss of his father, Aaron switched off completely, this was in his fifth year. Gradually, his mother pieced him back together, and he is in the seventh year, but still very weak minded emotionally, scars from his fathers death. He can hold his own, but values friendship even more.
