*reads the owl and then tosses it aside caring little for what the Minister wanted of him*

*returns to his work as he awaits the potential new Care of Magical Creatures professor he hoped to hire*

*Expecting Ignorance, the letter 'breezes' back over to sit directly before Snape*

Your presence is urgently required. Please partake in a direct meeting with the Minister of Magic. This is your last warning before action be taken.

*Tone of the voice is more urgent than before, and the owl prompts Snape by nibbling on the edge of the envelope*

*throws the new owl in the fire and sneers*

**arrives outside the Headmasters office and clears his throat before knocking heavily on the door**

**has tried to dress more smartly than usual, his long dark hair tied back and his black heavy boots cleaned, with his best travelling cloak on and his IPOD dragon clasp holding it together at the front**

**has no idea why he feels so nervous - Severus always did that to him**

Mr Vladislav, good of you to come, please have a seat. I have a matter of some importance to discuss with you.

*becks the Dragon Trainer to a seat*

Do you have any idea why you are here?

**sits on a chair opposite him**

Vell, I do not know for sure Mr Snape. I do know that you are doing some training vith my vife. Is this to do vith her?

*a small smirk crosses his face at the mention of his training with the man's wife, when he thinks about the next session he had inline for her*

No indeed this is a matter of business, though once we are through with business there is a small favour I should like to ask you regarding that matter.

For now however, I have asked you here to offer you a teaching position at Hogwarts. That of Care of Magical Creatures Professor.

**looks a bit surprised**

Vell, I haff not taught for a long time! Also I haff only taught at Durmstrang and their teaching style is.. different to Hogvarts. I do not know vat type of teaching you haff brought to Hogvarts, but if you think I could do it then...

**hesitates**
But also there is the fact I am almost full time at the Ministry these days, I vould haff to talk to the Minister...

**strokes his rough stubble thoughtfully, considering this new option, seeming to need more convincing**

I have already meet with the Minister and if you want the position he will not stand in your way. *this was not entirely true as the minister was non to pleased about the idea of losing Mr Vladislav, but Severus wasn't going to tell him that*

As for your teaching style, I will give you free reign over what and how to teach your classes as long as the students are able to pass there exams I care not. Of course I hardly expect you to do worse than the previous professor, and I use the term professor in want of another more suitable one, you understand.

**pauses again and nods slowly**

This is an interesting proposition, Severus. I do miss teaching sometimes and I can imagine it is more exciting than vorking for the Ministry...

**laughs softly**

Perhaps I vill give it a small try. Am I to be teaching all the years?

[Professor McGonagall]

*storms into the office without bothering to knock, waving a crumpled note in her hand*

Severus! What does this mean?

*turns to the visitor, slightly irritated*

Mr Vladislav, my apologies.

*slams the note on Snape's desk*

You have appointed the Headgirl and Headboy without consulting any of the staff? I must say I strongly disagree with your choice! They should be rolemodels for the other students, but these two ... really, Severus!

[Severus Snape]

*looks up as McGonagall storms in and smirks as he looks down at the note she slammed on his desk*

Why Minerva, I am sorry if you did not understand the owl, it seemed quite plain to me what it meant when I was writing it. I shall of course next time, use language of a more rudimentary level so as to help you with understanding it.

*he says silkily, malicious amusement shining in his eyes*

As for my choice's, would you kindly remind me again, who is the Headmaster of this school? Now if you don't mind I am in a meeting

*turns back to his guest, ignoring Minerva*

It will be up to you which students you take on for N.E.W.T.S, unfortunately it is the curse of the professor to have to teach all students till O.W.L level, no matter how atrocious they may be.

[Professor McGonagall]

*adjusting her spectacles as if she needs to see Snape better*

You are the Headmaster, that is right, Dumbledore's trusted you, but I doubt that he could have foreseen you would give that task to a boy like Julian Montenegro! If he was of age when that incident at his former school happened he would be in jail now and not at Hogwarts!

*catching her breath to continue*

Heidi Green is not much better, only the Sorting Hat knows why that girl is not in Slytherin! Always in trouble and constantly pestering the first years! If anyone will abuse her position, it's her!
If you insist on your decision, well, now you know at least the opinion of the other teachers!

*glares at Snape and rushes out, nodding curtly at Vladislav, her robes billowing around her*

*listens, a bored expression on his face as she rants at him*

*smirks as she leaves and turns back to his guest*

I apologies, you will have to excuse such rudeness, it seems she has not fully gotten over being removed from the position of Headmistress.

As I was saying, it will be up to you which students you take on for N.E.W.T.S, but you will have to teach all students till O.W.L level.

**looks slightly bewildered at McGonagal's entrance and abrupt exit**

Okay. Is there anything else I must know? I am to start soon, I assume? Do I need to sign anything? Vat creatures am I allowed to bring to the school?
