~~Lucretia Black~~~~The door leads to a small room filled with a blinding light.~~ ~~The door behind her closes up and the lights begin to fade, leaving only four panels on the wall still gleaming.~~ ~~On each of them is a symbol, one with an eagle, one with a badger, one with a lion and one with a snake.~~ ~~In the corner of the room is revealed a fountain set into earthen ground with a flaming torch in a stand next to it.~~ *exhales heavily when the blinding light fades, relieved that the only fire in the room is a torch* *blinks several times until her eyes have adjusted to the now dim lighting and inspects the surroundings. Bewildered she notices there's no door out of the room and she doesn't know what to do* You're a Ravenclaw, think, for Merlin's sake!*talking to herself she starts assessing the objects* "Okay, there are the emblems, like the Hogwarts house crests. A fountain. A torch." *sits down on the ground and lets thoughts and images flow through her mind until a semiotic component manifests* "Well, torch is Fire, then we have Water in the fountain. The ground is Earth, and the eagle of my house could count as Air. 4 elements." *not knowing what else to do, she takes out a minute box from her pouch and scrapes some earth into it, gets up and fills a little vial with water of the fountain. She grabs the torch and approaches the panel with the eagle, and draws her wand, ready to touch it* *at the last moment she steps back again and tosses a coin into the fountain* "For luck!" *then she steps forward again, taps the eagle-symbol with the wand and waits for something to happen*

~~Left for the others are one door where bright light emits and two doors where metal clanks.~~ ~~Zero Quinn~~~~The pensieve shows him various events relating to his past.~~ ~~He is first shown for a small time, his mother in her long agonising time in childbirth.~~ ~~The vision fades away and he is shown various times in his youth that he is forced to lie to his friends in order to hide his families secrets.~~ ~~The memories of his youth fade and he reappears seeing his first meeting with Venus Tamwell.~~ ~~The memories shift through various moments of his relationship with her, their closeness and intimacy.~~ ~~He is then shown her unfaithfulness, her times with Harry Potter and Gilderoy Lockhart.~~ ~~As a contrast, he is shown his own unfaithfulness, with Sebastian.~~ ~~Finally, the wedding. He is positioned at a seat in the audience able to see himself at the altar as Venus approaches. He dissapparates with Sebastian and Venus breaks down, their friends and Zero's disappointed family rushing to her side.~~ *Finally the memories become clear, and it takes Zero a moment to realize what he's witnessing. The moment the revelation breaks through he is stunned at the scene, his mother suffering from so much pain, all for him. He is left in awe of his mother as the scene changes.* *Watching the memories of his childhood, and the lies he was to tell the children of Death Eaters and other Purebloods leaves a bad taste in his mouth. He didn't much care for the way he grew up, children shouldn't have to have so much responsibility placed on their shoulders. As this scene finally begins to fade, Zero is left wishing he could go back again and change things.* *Upon seeing the memory of the day he met Venus a smile settles on his lips, that memory is a good one, lifting his spirits some. The visions of his relationship with Venus follow shortly, and he feels almost voyeuristic for watching, cheeks warming a bit. The emotions flowing through Zero are strong now, love, happiness, and guilt.* *As he begins to feel even more guilty for his actions toward Venus, Zero is now shown all of her indiscretions, and the guilt begins to ebb away. Betrayal slowly builds as he watches Venus kiss Harry and Lockhart, only to have that sight suddenly blurred, and turned into the flawlessness of Sebastian. Perfection in it's glory. The sight of the wizard he is most fond causes his heart to stutter, love filling every pore of Zero's body.* *Basking in the gloriousness of "Memory Sebastian", Zero is pulled into a new memory. At first he doesn't recognize the situation, having not viewed it from this side. The Wedding... He watches as Venus walks the aisle, his eyes flick to "Memory Zero", and he can see the fear in his own face as the bride grows near. He knows the scene, he lived it, though he jumps a bit at the crack of his and Seb's Disapparation. Embarrassment washes over him in waves after witnessing that memory, and he jumps violently, the sound of Venus' cries finally reaching his ears. In shock that those sounds were coming from Venus, Zero snaps his head in her direction, and watches with horror as she falls to the floor. As his parents and her friends rush to Venus' side, Zero also rises from his seat, he reacts unconsciously, and hops over everything in his way, rushing to her side as well. It as if he was really there, and this wasn't a memory. Upon reaching her side, he skids to a halt, lifting a shaking hand toward "Memory Venus", reaching out to comfort the witch he still does care so much for.* *Softly* V-Venus...

Two doors remain, coming from both are the sounds of metal machinery.
~~Sylvan Thails~~
~~The parchment answers her.~~
Entrapment... forevermore...
~~The text fades and a new riddle appears.~~
It could be said for Othello to secure his ship at dock or when in plains of rough grass.
~~Lucretia Black~~
~~As she draws near to the panels holding the torch, the heat from the flame causes the lion's light to fade and the panel disappears.~~
~~Zero Quinn~~
~~The memory of the wedding day fades.~~
~~Zero is now in a hazy white room that seems to go on forever, not a memory, but still clearly within the pensieve.~~
~~Out of the haze appears Venus, a sadness in her face as she still hurts from the wedding day, she looks to the ground as she approaches him.~~
~~She speaks:~~
Why, Zero? After all that we shared. How could you?

~~Lucretia Black~~~~As she draws near to the panels holding the torch, the heat from the flame causes the lion's light to fade and the panel disappears.~~ "Great." *moodily she kicks the wall below the panel and swings the torch around, heating up the other emblems in turn* "And now?" *feels annoyed because she was expecting having to kill a dragon or at least fight pixies or some such. Riddles and mindgames isn't her thing*

*Sylvan's smile widens at this new riddle and she's left to look around the room a bit more closely, though she's not seeing the room at all. She's thinking. Recalling the story of Othello and comparing it to the second. When the answer comes to her, she chuckles and takes up the quill again.*
*Her fluent script detailing a phrase. 'Moor'. Depicting both Othello being a Moor and the Moors of Scotland. Both of which were damned verbally and often.*

~~Left for the others are one door where bright light emits and two doors where metal clanks.~~ ~~Sebastian Bordeaux~~~~The darkness grows as the corridor goes on, seemingly endless, with harzardous, almost invisible steps all over the place.~~ *Grimacing his distaste Sebastian immediately increases his lit wand's intensity, hoping to see more within the gloom and failing. He trips not-so-elegantly over the first invisible step and moans hopelessly.* *Thinks.* Why is this so physical? I'm not built for this labour.*Unsurprisingly his thoughts drift to Zero, worrying over his dear friend's task. However unpleasant his own was he was imaginative enough to invent even more gruesome tasks.* *Lost in thought, Sebastian trips again, the fall ripping the fine material at the knees. After damaging his wardrobe he begins to exercise more caution as he descends the stairs, trying not to daydream too much.*

~~The writing on the parchment changes again.~~
What is a jar that is not made of glass.

~~As he lights his wand, the floor evens out and the darkness transforms to light.~~
~~The corridor still stretches out ahead of him, but between him and what could lead to an exit is a wall of flame.~~

*Sylvan's eyebrow raises a bit as she writes, 'A door' on the parchment. She looks down and pulls the chair out a bit as she sits down. Using the feather of the quill to tickle the back of her other hand. This was fun, sparing half a thought to the others and wondering what they were left to do. Humming softly to herself as she sits and awaits the next riddle or the next doorway.*
*The song she hums is the one that Severus had recognized the day they met at the Shrieking Shack. Not many people knew the song as the Mer were very jealous of their music. But if you could speak their tongue and knew how to praise them, they were usually happy to sing.*
*Sylvan scowls softly as her thoughts drift and she focuses again on the task at hand. Too much rested on her own deeds to worry about Mermaid Song.*
