*The silence in the court was deafening, even with Heap's feeble attempt at support for his "innocence"*
*Feels satisfied that justice will be done in this situation*

Heap looked at all the people and rolled his eyes. He rubbed his leg and looked from face to face.
"Let me get this stright..." he said colly. "I am accused for attempt of murder, I'm summoned to a trail, the court are discussing something else entirely than what I was accused, no one belive me being imperiused because they have some twisted idea that if they can get me executed, their nation will belive the Ministry fights the man you call You-Know-Who with bigger success that what is the case, and have just figured that if I'm guilty, it is a good excuse to make this Ministry more popular?"
Heap rised slowly, and this time, he was prepared to sit down if some one should try to stun him again so that the spell would miss.
"How dare you!" Heap continued. "Such incompetance... So far, the only person who has managed to behave correctly accoriding to their role in a trail is the Minister."
Heaps eyes turned to each and every one of them.
"I am more than aware that I am the accused.... I KNOW, I'm not the one who is supposed to ask question... But more or less the lot of you froce me to question your mental status..."
Heaps eyes turned at Scrimgeour.
"Rufus scrimgeour. I am sorry to say that you and your Ministery are waisting my time. You have accused a guest in your country for murder, with no prove what so ever other than me telling the Imperius Curse felt different than it is described in Dark Arts books, and nothing more than made up minds and fantasies... I demands that you are sending me with a Port Keye back to Germany at once. I was sent by the Confuderation and not my own Ministry, as the Internatonal Laws demands.
I will not accept a no for an anwer, or people stuning or shouting at me. This idiotic ideas have lasted for far enough. I don't care if you call this a trail, I don't care if you feel that I have less respect for you, because the fact is that absence of respect dosn't make me more or less guilty in this crime I hasn't comitted..."

*Rufus sat back, blew out his cheeks and looked around the room. That final outburst just proved that Heap was clueless. The Law Department in Germany must be a complete mess. He composed himself to make his final statement.*
From the overwhelming response from the court, the conclusion is clear.
Mr Rydiger Von Heap. Due to your lack of ability to produce any solid evidence to prove that you did not commit any of the charges put to you, your repeated attitude in court and behaviour towards its members and finally your comfort in breaking the Taboo of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, coupled with the reliable witness statements against you, the evidence supporting them and your own admissions of guilt, the Wizengamot on this day...
*He paused for a breath.*
...finds you guilty on all charges!
*He banged his gavel.*
You are fortunate that we have limited options for your sentence. Azkaban is closed to us and as such so are its Dementors. We have been in contact with the German Ministry, who have been most co-operative and have offered an alternative. Which means that you will not be spending the rest of your days in our Ministry cells.
You are to be deported to Germany where the Ministry will place you under questioning with Veritaserum. Once they are satisfied that they have the full story, they will have you taken to Nurmengard where you will be imprisoned for twenty years.
Be thankful that you did not manage to kill anyone, else the sentence would have been tripled.
Case closed.
*He banged his gavel once more and nodded to Peasegood to remove Heap and take him away to be dealt with.*

Heap rolled his eyes. "Good luck." he said.
He smiled. With is influence in Germany, and his friends there, he knew he would be cleared of all charges in no time. At least be found inocent in Germany. After being removed, Heap would have control over his own fate again, either the British Minister knew it or not.
But it had indeed been fun to anoy these people.

*Arnie approached Heaps seat and undid the magical straps binding him to it. He nodded his head sideways suggesting it was time to leave. He would lead Heap to the Floo network where some German Aurors had come to meet him and take him back to his own country.*
*Heaps wand and personal items had been sent ahead to be put into storage in Nurmengard.*

*Incompetence? Yeah, sure. Yaxley put away his quill and began to neatly fold the piece of parchment he had been writing on. There would be no need to take down further notes as everything was clear. The Minister only confirmed that.*
*After that trial he looked forward to a glass of wine tonight - and some silence. Hopefully the rest of his work day would turn out less exhausting.*

Heap limped out with a stiff grip on his cane, and knew by this time tomorrow, he would be a free man again. But he reminded silent. He limped out and closed the door behind him for the last time.

*His writing hand a blur and he finally finishes scribbling every last detail of the trial he just witnessed*
*Quickly scans the parchment for any spelling mistakes or errors*
*Seeing none he rolls up the scroll and magically seals it with the Ministry seal*
*Packs up his things ready to go and walks over to the Minister waiting for him to leave so that he may be excused*

*Relieved that Von Heap is gone, he gets to his feet and mutters to Pius and Scrimgeour*
I swear, if I ever see that wizard's face again, I'll transfigure him into the weasel that he truly is.
*Says cheerfully*
Just one more of these to go, eh, gents? Then let's hope we won't have any more to deal with for a long time!
*Nods politely to them and hurries out of the court room*

*About half a minute passed before he took his black suitcase and got up, hoping von Heap would already be on his way to Germany when Alistair left the room.*
*He bade the few remaining members around Scrimgeour and Lucius goodbye, sighing in annoyance as soon as the door closed behind him and quickened his steps.*
*It was out of question the German Ministry would have judged this case differently, after all the old man had fooled them as well. Relieved that he didn't have to deal with that farce any further, Yaxley approached the lift which would take him back to Level 2 where he usually worked.*

*He was glad that most of the write-up of this case would fall to the German Ministry. He could hardly make sense of it. As the rest of the court began to leave, he nodded his farewells and made his own way out.*
