"Lets get you inside. You look like you need to sit down" Roger told Fleur as he opened the door to his cottage and attempted to lead her inside. "We will figure something out. You can stay here as long as you need to. We will find them, I promise you. He wasn't sure if that even was a promise he could keep but he had to at least try. What ever might happen, he could not abandon Fleur now. Not when it appeared she needed him the most.

Fleur allowed Roger to walk her to the couch where she sat down, still in shock at the scene she saw beforehand.
"Thank you, Roger" she said as she buried her head in her hands. "But I don't know eef you can 'elp me anymore. I don't know eef anytheeng can be done at zis point." After that she began sobbing.

Roger simply stood there rather dumbstruck as he tried to figure out how to comfort Fleur. He wanted to sit down next to her and hug her but he knew he would enjoy holding her too much. When she started crying however he couldn't just stand there and watch. It was too heartbreaking for him. He sat down next to her and put his arm around her.
"It will be alright" he said as he tried to comfort her. He knew it wouldn't but he wanted to at least make an effort.

Fleur leaned into Roger as he put his arm around her but it was not enough. She wrapped her arms around him, hugging Roger tightly in a desperate attempt to relieve the pain. She felt slightly comforted while he embraced her but it was not enough. Nothing he could do or say could comfort her.
"I 'ope so" she meekly said as she cried.

Roger simply held Fleur in his arms for several moments when she hugged him. However with her arms around him like that it brought back certain memories and he began to enjoy their embrace more than he knew he should.
"Maybe you should lay down for a bit" he said as he wriggled out of her arms and stood up. "Just rest here on the couch for a bit. It is getting late and it will be dinnertime soon. I'll make something for us. I am guessing you could use a good meal."

Fleur was slightly surprised and dissapointed as Roger left their embrace and stood up. Even though it did not completely feel better, it was better than being alone. She nodded her head in agreement at what Roger said although she didn't really feel like eating at all. However a good nap might be good for her and walked over to his couch, brushed it off a little, and curled up on it.
"Roger, just don't make anytheeng to 'eavy, please?" she asked before she fell asleep.

"Of course Fleur" Roger said as he smiled slightly at Fleur's words and how she worried about her figure at a time like this. He knew she needed something to cheer her up, so he decided to try and make her Favourite meal, bouillabaisse.
He left his cottage to go to London for the many ingredients required and purchased all he could remember and find. After an hour or two he returned to his cottage and found Fleur curled up on the couch, which made him feel better as she was sleeping peacefully and not upset at the moment.
He started to cook, doing the best he could to remember how to make bouillabaisse. He also felt the need to check on Fleur, although he didn't know if it was for her benefit or his. He nearlt ruined the bouillabaisse as he lost track of time because he eyed her so much.
After he was satisfied with his cooking he walked over to Fleur and gently shook her in order to wake her.
"Fleur? Dinner is ready" he said.

Fleur woke up with a start as Roger shook her, and a familiar scent filled her nostrils.
"Roger? What eez zat smell? You did not go through ze trouble to make bouillabaisse did you?" she asked as she stood up from the couch and walked into the kitchen.
"Roger, you really shouldn't 'ave. Bouillabaisse eez very difficult to make, and I 'ave already been to much of a burden to you" she said as she felt quite guilty at all the trouble she was to him.

"Nonsense Fleur, I know bouillabaisse is your Favourite, and you could probably use a good pick me up" he said as he motioned her to sit at the table. "I did the best I could with it. I couldn't exactly remember the different kinds of fish that goes in it so it may not be perfect" he said as he began to pour a bowl for each of them.

"You really should not 'ave gone through all ze trouble. I am not zat 'ungry really" she said as she sat down and took a taste of his cooking. "Not bad, eet eez good, not as good as ze cooking from Beauxbatons, but good for someone who made eet ze first time."
However Fleur really feel like eating due to her trip to the Burrow beforehand. She was far too worried about Bill and his family. Most of the time throughout dinner she simply stirred her food in silence, only occasionally did she stop and take a meager bite.

Roger laughed lightly at Fleur's comment about his cooking and took it as a compliment. However he was worried at how little she ate and how quiet she was. Roger knew Fleur never passed up an opportunity to tease him about how he had trouble eating in front of her at the Yule Ball many years ago so he tried to lighten the mood a little.
"Maybe I am getting used to you finally. I can eat without missing my mouth" he said as he dipped his spoon in the stew and carefully put it in his mouth. "See?" he said as he grinned.

Fleur didn't seem to notice Roger's attempt to make the joke. She continued to play with her food, a sad look on her face. Finally she stopped and put her spoon the table.
"I'm sorry Roger, I just can't eat at zis time" she said as she pushed her bowl away from her and looked downward. "What eef I nevair find Bill? What eef 'e eez... dead?" she said, having trouble saying the words. "What will I do weethout 'im?"
The though of Bill dead was too much for her to bear and tears began to build up in her eyes. She buried her face in her hands, not wanting Roger to see her cry.

"It is perfectly understandable Fleur" he replied. "Bill is a strong man and talented wizard. He survived an attack by a werewolf, it will take much more than that attack to stop him. I am quite sure he is alive and taking good care of his family" he said as he hoped to sound reassuring.
"However I think you should eat some more. I'll put the rest in the icebox in case you get hungry later" he said as he started to clean up the dishes and put the stew away.

Fleur wiped the tears from her face and cracked a slight smile before she spoke. "I am lucky to 'ave a wise Ravenclaw like you as a friend. You 'ave been so kind and 'elpful to me. I don't know eef I can ever thank you enough" she told him. "'Owever I theenk I will retire for ze night" she said as she stood up. She pulled out her wand, and with one wave, all the dishes were cleaned and put away in the cupboard.
She smiled as she told Roger "Eet eez ze least I can do for you."

Roger looked quite shocked at the ease Fleur took care of the dishes. "That was quite impressive. Where did you learn magic of that level? It looked like it was nothing to you. I mean... all you did was wave your wand and everything was done! It usually takes a few spells to get everything that clean and organized when I do the dishes" he said quite surprised.
