Years passed, without Rose knowing anything of her past, except that her mother had died giving birth.

Having always lived next to the Malfoys, but never being anything more than associates, Rose passed by their mansion on a daily baises during the summer. Not to mention she always saw their son Draco at Hogwarts, but had never gotten the chance to talk to him, always busy with her studies. One day, curiosity became too much, and she walked up to the gates. Hesitating, she knocked softly.

Just a few things.
I assumed you wanted her a Slytherin? I only ask because we have a temporary ban on more Slytherins as we are trying to even up numbers of students in houses at Hogwarts. We hardly have any of the other houses apart from Slytherin and so would really appreciate it if you chose another house you wouldn't mind your character being in.
Also - no one lives 'next to' to Malfoy Manor. Malfoy Manor is in the isolated Wiltshire countryside and likely has huge expanses of land between it and any other building. It would be unlikely that she'd pass his manor gates daily on the way to wherever.
Please also be aware that Draco is 20 on MM and not a 'student' at Hogwarts and as such Draco would unlikely know of her existence since she would have been 3 years below him at Hogwarts. It is okay for you to say the two families are friendly/know of each other, somehow, if you can find a not too tenuous link.
Hope this is all ok and you can adapt your application to take the above into consideration.

There she spent her years with her head buried in books, advancing her sharp mind. Then graduated with flying colors, and became a shopkeeper.

Having always known of the Malfoy's , but never being anything more than associates, Rose couldn't help her growing curiosity of them. They seemed to be a secretive bunch, and she knew it was none of her business, but she wondered exactly what it was they were hiding.

One day, curiosity became too much, and she decided to find Malfoy manor. She wasn't sure where it was located, only that it was somewhere in Wiltshare (information she'd gather from over hearing Crabb and Goyle once at Hogwarts). So takeing her Firebolt, she set off in search of the manor.

Flying for hours, and constantly needing to land and rest, Roslyn was ready to give up all hope, until she finally spotted the large manor, only assuming it belonged to the Malfoy's by the initials MM on the gate. Hesitating, she walked to the gate, and knocked softly.

Very Brief background of character:

Born in England but raised in France as her parents were of the leisure variety. She has always been kept ignorant of political issue's but was raised in the knowledge that she was quite simply better than the muggle and mudblood "vermin" that polluted the world. When she was 17 her parents died under mysterious circumstance's and she had been sent back to England to continue her education and live under her uncle's careful care.

Very Brief background of character:

Amber's father was an Italian wizard that met her British witch mother in Hogwarts. She was raised like any normal pureblood wizard family, including that they were both in Slytherin(I hope thats ok?) and that her dad's side of the family were all Death Eaters under the rule and serving Lord Voldemort. When she was born they kept her out of their business in involving anything the Death Eaters and Lord Voldemort.

They had her learn magic and sent her to Hogwarts like every other magic family, in so many ways they tried to keep her as normal as possible. They didn't fear Lord Voldemort. They worshipped him. But they didn't want to involve their daughter in their affairs and didn't want to risk her life for anything. But living and growing up with Death Eaters didn't exactly entitle a life of solitude and ignorance to what happened all around you everyday. So her parents tried to protect her from that world, but either way she knew everything she had to know about Voldemort and his Death Eaters. From knowing who was a Death Eater to what were their plans and tactics.

(I dont know if it's ok to maybe have her be in Slytherin house or not. I was kinda hoping it would be ok since I was gonna mae some other applications with students in Gryffindor and other houses. I kinda wanted her in Slytherin)

Which 'side' is character on: The dark side, I dare say. Osmond’s allegiance lies Lord Voldemort.

Very Brief background of character: Osmond was raised in a very rigid household of Death Eaters and Dark Lord supporters. His mother died when he was just a boy and his father, a ministry member and loyal follower of the Dark Lord, spared no harsh words or severe punishment in Osmond’s upbringing. In the Magnus household there is no room for failure or weakness, only the powerful survive.

Osmond is a tall boy of 18 with golden hair and steely grey eyes - devoid of light and rarely reflecting the happiness typical of a smile. Yet if one were to look closely they would see a chaotic emotional undercurrent raging beneath the surface, threatening to destroy anyone who gets in the way, even if that be himself. Despite this glimpse of torment masked behind Osmond’s cold gaze, he remains stoic and proud. He has an ego worthy of the Slytherin house and the forked tongue of a serpent - quick, clever, and cruel. He is unmovable, stubborn and can sway even the toughest of opponents with the flash of a smile and well placed charm.

Osmond has a fondness for potions and various other concoctions and brews and excels in the Dark Arts. He is nearing his final days at Hogwarts and is becoming increasingly interested in the study of dark artifacts and feels that he may do some excavating and research in this area in the years to come.

The 'sections do you want to RP in?' question refers to what parts of Malfoy Mansion you'd want to RP in. For instance, if you are a student you'd be RPing in Hogwarts and Hogsmede, if you're out of education then maybe London/Hogsmede/The Ministry/At the Malfoy Manor etc as fitting to your character.

Very Brief background of character:

Laela's parents were killed by Death Eaters when she was 12. Since then she's lived in London with her Uncle and younger brother who's 14. Her parents were both purebloods that worked as Aurors. Since her parents died Laela's had an extreme loathing towards Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. Even towards any Slytherin.

She goes to school at Hogwarts with her younger brother. Both of them are in Gyffindor house and Laela's studying to be an Auror, the best if she can, wanting to take revenge on every Death Eater for her parents. But for now all she really has left is her little brother and she'd do anything for him.
